I think I paid a bit much for a 2010 SRX, based on internet comparisons though. We have an acquaintance just up the street at Colonial Cadillac, but returned to Kerbeck, about a 45 minute drive because of our relationship with Wayne. More

Great Experience I've bought many cars over my 70 years and everytime I leave frustrated and feeling like I got screwed. This was the first time a salesman seemed to truely take interest about what I wanted and what I could afford. Kerbeck is quite impressive of a dealership so I was a bit little overwhelmed by the size and selections. Steve Earl greeted me with a firm handshake and from the moment i met him I felt more easy. My legs are not so good anymore so he drove me around the car lot so I find exactly the car I like. I told him what I can afford to pay and could only do it with no money down. After we drove my new car, he sat me down in his nice clean office and he went to work for me. Next thing I knew, he was shaking my hand with the payment I wanted to pay. He showed me how to use the buttons and options in my car, and it took a while cause I'm not use to all these new options, but I understand almost it all now. He has called me a few times after I took my new car home and answered more questions I had and even explained how to hook up my wife's phone to the radio. I would like to recommend Kerbeck Cadilac and most especially Steve Earl to everyone I know. Not only did I get a beautiful new Cadilac, I made a friend too. Thank you More

Great Experience I visited Kerbeck with the intention of reviewing available cars at a price that was reasonable. Wayne was very patient and helpful with suggestions as we worked through the process of trading my car and purchasing another. After my husband, Edward, related to Mr. Kaufman his needs and preferences, Bill quickly showed us several models that met perfectly Ed's requirements. After deciding which of the vehicles to purchase, Bill introduced us to Mr. Reedman, who, together with Mr. Kaufman, made the rest of the transaction smooth and efficient While signing the papers for the 2011 CTS, I was drawn to a 2013 Cadillac XTS which was in the showroom. I asked Mr. Reedman why I had been receiving mailings from Kerbeck requesting to "buy back" my 2006 Cadillac (which remained in perfect operating condition). After he explained, I let my fascination develop into a plan to purchase the 2013 XTS. We returned on New Year's Eve to test drive the XTS. Needless to say, your staff made us an offer for our 2006 xxx which we absolutely could not refuse.
