My husband and I decided to stop by one afternoon to see it in person. Salesman Steve Earl was there to greet us. After test driving the SRX we had our eye on we decided that if Steve could meet all of our needs then we would purchase the SUV! Steve was very friendly and informative and we also found out it was his first day on the job! He was able to get the monthly payments to what I needed and we were also happy with the offer for my trade in. Car shopping is usually dreadful to me but working with Steve made it a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Mr. Earl to anyone else looking to buy a car! More

Because of bad past experiences, I was afraid to go into any major dealership. I couldn’t take what you have to go through to see if I qualified for a car purchase. I had been told by other dealerships that I could not quality for anything other than a buy here pay here place. Thankfully, I had two family members who have been buying cars from this particular dealership for years and encouraged me to give F.C. Kerbeck a chance. They were confident that F.C. Kerbeck would be able to help me. Fearfully, I called and spoke to Bill Kaufmann. I was amazed at how understanding, friendly and kind he was. He took my information and called me back with wonderful news that they could help me. He said, he had a car in mind and when could I come in to take a look at it. I had no great expectation when I went into the dealership the next day. To my astonishment the car he picked out was the exact type of car that I would have picked. How did he know what type of car would be the perfect fit for me when he never met me? Before I knew it the deal was done and I was on my way the same day. I highly recommend F.C. He was considerate enough not to say anything to me about it! He was friendly, informative and not at all pushy. He actually listened intently to me as I told him exactly what I was looking for, then proceeded to show me available models within my parameters. I was impressed with his product knowledge, and his ability to quickly but thoroughly answer all of my questions. Without a doubt, Bill turned my anxiety and reluctance of buying a new car (used!!) into a positive, fun experience, not to mention: A HUGE RELIEF. He helped me get exactly what I wanted. Painlessly. That, in my opinion, is golden. However....there is always a however, right? He did change my mind. On two, big things: 1. Came in considering new, left with used. 2. Came in with plans on buying outright, ended up putting a significant deposit down, and financed the balance. On #1 above, he was so right....the 2012 CTS Coupe smells new, looks like new, but most importantly, drives like new. The low mileage was a huge plus for me, as well as the leather & sport/performance package. On # 2 above, well, let's just say, I'm trying the monthly payment thing.....only because Bill convinced me it would build my credit (which was at '0'). I may end up paying it off..... So, Bill did a great job. He delivered the car I wanted, at a fair & reasonable price, painlessly. I will not hesitate to call him for information on my new car, with questions, service related issues, etc.....he has made it quite clear he expects to hear from me. In fact, he has made it quite clear that our relationship is just as important 'after the sale'. I will recommend Bill to anyone who asks about my new, gorgeous CTS; to anyone I know that is in the market for a new car. I have a stack of his business cards! Marathon Sales Day I arrived at the dealership around 11:00 AM after speaking to Anthony Sanders the previous night. Anthony was very polite and professional on the phone so I had a good feeling about what was to come. When I arrived, shortly after exiting my vehicle I was met by Richard Rathof. I told him I was here to see Anthony. Instead of just pointing me where to go, Rich walked me over to an area where Anthony soon arrived. Anthony was as friendly in person as he was on the phone and being a Manager let Rich take the lead. After formalities, Rich walked me out into the lot where we looked at a few vehicles and he got a feeling for what I wanted to do. Well about 5 test drives later we were in the negotiation stage. Rich never tried to sell or pressure me. He explained his product and left the ball in my court. The day took so long as much because of me as anything else. Rich stayed pleasant and professional during the entire time we were together. He offered me food and drink many times throughout the day and appeared with an unsolicited water after checking on something at the Managers desk. All in all I rate the experience as Good only because I was there for as long as I was. Rich however was GREAT in the way he handled me as a finicky customer. Not once during this marathon of a day did Rich appear put-off by my failure to pull the trigger. He was as honest as anyone I have ever worked with in any industry. His calm and easy going attitude kept me in the game. I ended up leaving with a lot more vehicle than I planned to buy and happy I did. Everything great, but. While buying my car the experience was great. After purchase I mentioned several things that I felt should have been corrected. Most were taken care of but I was given reasons why certain items shouldn't be dealt with; but I feel that if I'm paying $30,000+ the vehicle should be in immaculate condition. There were some spots on the hood of the car that something should have been done to correct. There is also some type of dent/lump on the driver side door and a nick on the corner of the dashboard. Also when I purchased the car, the inside had not been detailed and I was told "since I was bringing the car back for the items to be fixed the cleaning would be done then". Now I have taken the care back twice and the cleaning still hasn't been done. The last time I was told when I come back for my scheduled maintenance it will be done. So this time, which is my second purchase from Kerbeck, I'm not as pleased as the first. I hope that my concerns will be heard. More

Paul Valenti was our salesman, and he was amazing! He helped us pick out the right car and explained to us about all wheel drive for safety for my mom, which was great because we didn't know that option was even available and she hates driving in the snow. Paul's great customer service and personality made us not want to go anywhere else. Paul Valenti put us in the monthly payment where we were comfortable. He also stayed on top of things after the sale by letting us know our tag was in and mailed it out to us so we wouldn't have to travel back to the dealership. The whole staff at F.C. Kerbeck was polite and courteous and I wish every dealership was like them. We traveled all the way from Delaware passing other Cadillac dealers through Pennsylvania to come to F.C. Kerbeck in Palmyra NJ and I'm glad we did. It was a one stop shop! Awesome salesperson, staff and a great selection. More
