First Time Customer This was our first time coming to F.C.Kerbeck Pre-Owned Cadillacs Dealership in Palmyra, NJ. My husband had visited the showroom first; but after me This was our first time coming to F.C.Kerbeck Pre-Owned Cadillacs Dealership in Palmyra, NJ. My husband had visited the showroom first; but after meeting sale person, Paul Valenti, he kept comparing Paul's professional manner with the other sales persons we later met at different dealerships. He felt Paul's knowledge of his cars and the service provided was far superior to others! He also felt that I would be impressed with Paul's insight into what type of car we were looking to buy and not dread coming to talk with Paul. We were impressed with the follow up calls we received from Paul, making us feel like he really was interested in helping us find the auto we needed F.C Kerbeck's showroom and auto lots were well maintained, which also gave us the impression that customers were respected, as well as, their autos! Bill was very attentive and extremely helpful when we first met him to find the car that my wife really wanted. We purchased an extended warranty at the time of purchase and we have not needed to use it since we had no problems with the car to date. We also received two years of free maintenance at KERBECK, which has worked out very well. Each time we returned for the scheduled routine maintenance, we were greeted promptly and courteously. The maintenance was performed within an hour and Bill Kaufman was there to greet and entertain us with the latest inventory of tempting vehicles that were available. Service My experience was horrible. My SRX, stalled in rush hour traffic. Roadside came and Assisted me. I had to get the vehicle towed to Kerbeck. I told Jo My experience was horrible. John told me, in a condensing tone, all the car needed was gas and there was nothing wrong with the car. On my way home again in Philadelphia, rush hour traffic the vehicle stalled again. The car Had to be towed again. I was left without a vehicle to get to work. Turns out it was a sensor. Needless to say, I am not a fan, would never recommend Kerbeck to anyone.I've been There at least 5 times for issues with my vehicle. I brought the car in August of 2013. More

The Painless Bill Kaufman Experience Bill Kaufman was right there to greet me when I pulled up in my 'reliable, but tired,18 year old beauty'. He was considerate enough not to say anythin Bill Kaufman was right there to greet me when I pulled up in my 'reliable, but tired,18 year old beauty'. He was considerate enough not to say anything to me about it! He was friendly, informative and not at all pushy. He actually listened intently to me as I told him exactly what I was looking for, then proceeded to show me available models within my parameters. I was impressed with his product knowledge, and his ability to quickly but thoroughly answer all of my questions. Without a doubt, Bill turned my anxiety and reluctance of buying a new car (used!!) into a positive, fun experience, not to mention: A HUGE RELIEF. He helped me get exactly what I wanted. Painlessly. That, in my opinion, is golden. However....there is always a however, right? He did change my mind. On two, big things: 1. Came in considering new, left with used. 2. Came in with plans on buying outright, ended up putting a significant deposit down, and financed the balance. On #1 above, he was so right....the 2012 CTS Coupe smells new, looks like new, but most importantly, drives like new. The low mileage was a huge plus for me, as well as the leather & sport/performance package. On # 2 above, well, let's just say, I'm trying the monthly payment thing.....only because Bill convinced me it would build my credit (which was at '0'). I may end up paying it off..... So, Bill did a great job. He delivered the car I wanted, at a fair & reasonable price, painlessly. I will not hesitate to call him for information on my new car, with questions, service related issues, etc.....he has made it quite clear he expects to hear from me. In fact, he has made it quite clear that our relationship is just as important 'after the sale'. I will recommend Bill to anyone who asks about my new, gorgeous CTS; to anyone I know that is in the market for a new car. I have a stack of his business cards!
