We drove into the lot dur We recently purchased a pre-owned Cadillac SRX at F.C. Kerbeck. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had!! We drove into the lot during the Tent sales event. Numerous salesmen were under a canopy but Paul Valenti came to us, from the building, as soon as we exited our car. ( I like being approached and not left to wander around.) We explained to Paul what we were looking for--a comfortable, luxurious car that is easy to get in and out of. Paul said "I have just the car for you". He showed us the SRX, on the showroom floor. Showroom cars are always so nice. Paul explained all about the car---why Cadillac came up with this model and all the safety features. His knowledge was so impressive. After driving the car we were sold. The deal and financing came together so quick. We were really surprised by this. Paul followed us through the whole process and we drove home with a great car. We can only rave about our SRX, the staff at F. C. Kerbeck, the customer service and our salesman, Paul Valenti!!! More
