finding the right car I came in to see a XTR and bought a SRX instead. My Infiniti purchase I stopped at Kerbeck to check again on prices for a Pre-owned CTS Coupe. After a long discussion with Ed Maurer and Al Berg we had come to the conclus I stopped at Kerbeck to check again on prices for a Pre-owned CTS Coupe. After a long discussion with Ed Maurer and Al Berg we had come to the conclusion that a CTS was not attainable at the budget I had pre-set in my mind.All of us agreed that finding a coupe would be a plan for next year . As I was about to leave Al Berg asked if I would be interested in seeing an Infiniti Coupe and why was I set on a coupe. I explained my reasons and I said I would like to take a look at the car he had mentioned. It was a beautiful 2008 Infiniti G37X S coupe with all the bells and whistles. After some careful planning and financial decisions I elected to buy that car as it was perfect for my needs. After purchase ,There were some issues , only minor, that had to be straightened out. First and foremost, the brakes were not functioning correctly causing steering wheel and body shaking at high speeds when braking. There was also a Foglight bulb that was burned out. The CD player also did not work. I was asked to bring the car back ASAP and I did that . All problems were addressed quickly and completely. It was my decision to not fix the CD player as it would disturb the integrity of the interior dash assembly and I preferred not to have that done, as it can lead to squeaks and interior noise. The next afternoon ,I was able to have my car as promised. Full replacement of the faulty rotors and pads as needed. Foglight bulb replaced. I was given a loaner car for the day as needed at no charge and all the work was also at no charge to me. I would very much like to compliment the Sales team and the Service department as they took care of all the problems with no hassles or delay. More
