BEWARE OUT OF STATE BUYERS I bought a truck there on dec.14 everything went good i gave them a good review i hate to have to take it back i wish it wouldn't have come to this.Th I bought a truck there on dec.14 everything went good i gave them a good review i hate to have to take it back i wish it wouldn't have come to this.They said i should get my paperwork within 30 days.On Jan 4th i text Logan salesman to find out about my paperwork i need to buy my tags i new i had 10 days left before a penalty would occur in the state of Missouri not only that just make sure everything is going alright if there was a problem they could get it taken care of in time .He said i would need to call Tionna title specialist i did twice left voicemail never received a call back.The way i understand Scott the finance director drop the ball i understand sometimes this happens people make mistakes but when you do pick the ball back up and correct your mistakes Jan18 .Logan said Scott needed a few things from me to get this taken care of so i took pictures of them and sent them to Logan this took place on Jan.19 .Then on Jan.23 received a text that Scott needed a picture of another document so i did that and sent it to them. 0n Jan.25 Tionna the title specialist said she sent the paperwork to reg usa this is the company that completes their out of state paperwork.Now during all this time as of Jan.4 i have called Tionna several times and left voicemails and never received a call back so i decided to call regusa to see if they have my paperwork and how long it was going to be before i would received it.I talked to lady who was glad to help me she new the truck i purchased but said i have some bad news they have not received the paperwork now this is on Jan.31 she said all they need to is call her and get this work out.Tionna said it went ups that would have been seven days ago all my dealings with ups i never had a problem now she did not tell me this personally cause she never calls me neither does Scott or anyone else.You would think they would call you and say their sorry and going to do everything they could to get this taken care of but not these people haven't heard a word from them .I have called Expressway Ford several times but nobody wants to hear it i have even asked to speak to the person in charge of this place .I guess nobody's in charge but they sure need somebody when i say i have called several times does not mean i called everyday i call within reason. Logan the salesman he's the only one thats been helpful but he's got to point the paperwork is not his job and i can understand that but the sale is not done until i get my paperwork and i said it's sure in the xxxx not my job but it seems like it is now.I work 12hrs swing shift five to six days a week let you know i should not have to be dealing with this i will say this and i know all of us has been there when you have bought something and they tell you if you have a problem let us know we will get it taken care of and they get their money then you have a problem and call them they act like they dont know you and don't really give a dam do as of today it has been 50days the truck i bought sits in the garage the temp tag expired i have no idea when i will get my paperwork or if i will ever get it Mitchell C Missouri More
