HORRIBLE!!! Beware! Sold us a LEMON and now WONT HELP! Purchased a used Acadia, within the first week and two dealerships later, timing cover gasket leak, timing chain, rack and pinion, outer tie rod ins, Purchased a used Acadia, within the first week and two dealerships later, timing cover gasket leak, timing chain, rack and pinion, outer tie rod ins, struts and strut mounts, a/c blend door, battery, and rear speaker. For the past three months, we have had the Acadia in and out of two dealerships with an oil leak that was found the day after we purchased it. The leak was easily found as oil was found dripping from the drain plug which SHOULD have put the service tech on notice that there was an oil leak during the oil change performed by Expressway’s service department. We contacted salesman Mark Goldman the next day after the purchase and was told we were out of warranty. We also contacted the manager, Josh, but also would not offer a real fix. We were offered to trade it in on another vehicle, but Josh would only value our Acadia at $7500 which would require us to take a $4400 loss (for three months use) on the trade in value AND almost $3000 loss in repairs. Of course, we refused to accept this as a ‘fix.’ We understand we purchased a used vehicle and did not expect a reimbursement but we did ask for some relief, however, they would not respond to calls or emails. We will never purchase from Expressway again! More

This purchase was our daughter purchasing her first vehicle. Matt Hosteller and Expressway were AWESOME and treated her WONDERFULLY. I phoned Cory on Friday, Feb 8, 2013 and let him know whaat I was looking for and that I'd be visiting the dealership on the following Monday. Upon arival I took off to search for something on the used car lot or at least get an idea of what was there. WOW!!! so many to choose from. I eyed a little red older model truck. It was a little beat up but I thought it might be in my price range and was prepared to settle for that. I went back to the showroom not knowing that Cory had already found a truck and had it ready for me to look at. What a nice little Chevy S10. It was newer than what I was expecting and boy was it clean and the truck was much better than what I thought they'd show me. The keys were handed to me, hassle free, and Cory said take it and try it out. He made it clear that I didn't need to hurry, just see if it was what I was looking for. Well, it was perfect. Cory really seemed to know how to listen and hear what his people are needing and wanting. Cory took my info and I thought I'd try to get financed, even though my last loan was made over 30 years ago and I had a couple of old medical bills I was trying to pay off. I was introduced to Linc Pierce, a loan officer. He had sent my loan off for aproval to several banks. I discovered that because I didn't have a recent credit history that I didn't even have a credit score. I could tell that Lincs brain gears were trying to come up with a creative way to get me the truck after a couple of denials came back. And after a moment of being on pins and needles Lincs face changed and he almost shouted to me, "Hey, Heritage has aproved your loan!" I did use a co-signer to be safe, but Linc came through and got me on track to a new credit history. NEVER, EVER did anyone at the dealer make me feel uncomfortable or less of a person because of my lousy credit history. I knew they were sincere and honest and would do whatever they could to help get me into a vehical. Thanks a million! More
I dealt with Richard and Jeff in the Service department. Bought a used 2009 Ford Expedition from Expressway Dodge which needed some things fixed while still under warranty. I cannot believe the AWESOME service I received from these two, and I know there technicians worked very hard as well. I've never seen a cleaner service area. They had to keep my SUV for a week, but kept me informed as to what was going on as they had to order various parts. Now they are fixing something for me that Expressway Dodge should be taking care of. What a differnce in service you receive from these two places. Mt. Vernon is a little out of the way for me, but the customer service I have received from these two is worth the trip. I will be back. I haven't purchased a vehicle there, but if their service department is any indication of what they offer, I would encourage anyone to try them out. They are truly there to take care of their customers ! ! ! A++ for Customer Service More

I received pre-visit dealership contacts that were appropriate i.e. not pushy or obnoxious, but wanting to verify my continued interest--afterall, everyone's time has value. I also knew beforehand, who the sales consultant would be; to me, having a point of contact is important. The "details" i.e. titles for trade-ins were managed by the dealer, I did not have to chase all over town to do the "fetching" of documents. I intend to enjoy my 2011 Fusion for years to come. More
