I always have a horrible experience with this dealership. The staff there are rude and unfriendly and behave as if they are doing me a favor. The wait time is unacceptably long. They mention wait time is about an hour, last time I had to wait 2.5 hours. Previous to that, I waited 1.5 hours and then asked where my car is, and they forgot to take it to the shop. I expressed my concern to the service manager, his attitude was that it was somehow my problem. Totally unacceptable. I have lived in different states and have dealt with 4 different Honda dealership, never had as bad an experience as the Executive Honda Meriden. I am looking for other options. More
