Service appointments are easy to schedule and always on time. Vehicle is always inspected and concerns are presented with recommendations on when to address them. The reason for the visit is almost always time. Vehicle is always inspected and concerns are presented with recommendations on when to address them. The reason for the visit is almost always resolved during the visit without keeping the vehicle overnight. Sean has been my primary service advisor for years and I totally trust him to properly maintain my vehicle. All of the staff are professional and appear to enjoy their jobs. I've been going to dealer service departments since 1978 and have left some dealerships because I wasn't treated well. I have no desire to leave Executive Honda in Wallingford because I trust them to take care of my vehicle properly. Special mention about Sean McMahon - My Daughter moved out of state and was given the run around by her new Honda service department and spending a lot of money on frequent suspension/alignment issues with little explanation. She called Sean and asked him for help and he advised her to go to another Honda dealer for a second opinion because the problem she described should not be that dificult to resolve. The second Honda service department identified the cause immediately, replaced parts under warranty and problem resolved. From my Daughter's story not all dealerships are run well, even Honda. I bring my 2016 Pilot to Executive Honda for all service. Gina Roberts is always outstanding, very knowledgeable and will go out of her way to help. I was leaving for a family vacation when my check engine l Gina Roberts is always outstanding, very knowledgeable and will go out of her way to help. I was leaving for a family vacation when my check engine light came on. Gina got me right in for a check. The part needed was on back order so Gina was able to arrange a dealer rate for a rental car so our vacation went on without a hitch. My car was serviced while I was away and ready for me when I got back! I have always found them to be honest and fair with pricing and recommendations. More
