I decided to take a trip out to this location after work one day to check out one of their cars they had listed on a used car website. It looked amazing from the pictures, but the actual car left a lot to b one day to check out one of their cars they had listed on a used car website. It looked amazing from the pictures, but the actual car left a lot to be desired. More on that later. When I walked in there was only Marcos, who was in the middle of helping a customer. I walked around the "showroom", an empty warehouse type place, to waste some time. When he was finally finished, I asked about the car and he handed me the keys and gave a general idea of where it was on the lot. After wandering around to find the car, I checked it out and noticed several minor flaws that were not mentioned in the ad (cigarette burns, cracked side mirrors, holes, etc.). I took it for a test drive and returned to discuss price. Negotiating was extremely laid back, which I appreciated. I almost bought the car, but was convinced to take another for a test drive. When I came back, the car I originally looked at was put away and had a mysterious "mechanical issue" all of a sudden. I knew right then and there that things were a little shady and to walk away. I hope you make the same choice I did. More
My daughter was looking for a car for her graduation present from my father. They both went shopping and found Executive Auto did have a car they were looking for. Once I called and talk with my insurance agent, I realized that my daughter was on the title paperwork and that I would need to add my name to the title for her to be insured under my umbrella. Marcos said that the paperwork was not processed, that I could add my name to the title paperwork if I send them my drivers licence and signature - that was done and verified that they received the fax. What happened after this initial visit was short of bizarre and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We received the title work in a timely manner, but my father, who purchased the car, was told that the license plates etc would be sent to us and taken care of by the dealer. When we hadn't received the tags after the second week, I called up and talked with Sean and explained the situation. In a three minute conversation (no lie, I have it on my cell phone), I understood that we would have to pay for the licensing/registration myself (fine..rookie mistake that I understood was to be our obligation). When I asked that my name should have been added to the title paperwork per my conversation with Marcos, Sean said that the salesperson did not know what he was talking about and that couldn't have happened anyway. When I next asked him why wasn't I then called the next day when the paperwork was being processed to clarify that I would not be added to the title, Sean stated I was being a difficult customer. When I further asked him again to explain to me why I wasn't contacted about this, he said I was being so difficult he would never help me. I then asked him how we would then change the information on the title and he stated it would be another $149.00 to change the paperwork. I explained that it was initially on him to pay for that, becasue again, we were told in good faith that my name would appear on the paperwork. At that point he said he would not work me at all. I said have a good day because he would not help me further on the phone. Long story short, I went ot the DMV right after this conversation, they were not able to let me title/register the car because Sean's paperwork was not consistent. My husband ended up calling Sean and talking with him (Sean said I would not listen to him on the phone, hmmm), letting him know what the DMV said, and then backtracked his statement of never helping us - to finally email over the corrected paperwork for us to complete the title and registration. More
I am a RETURNING client of the Executive Auto Wholesale and I have to say that these guys are STILL EXCELLENT! I come also quite often for repairs and they do a great great job - allegedly the technician ( and I have to say that these guys are STILL EXCELLENT! I come also quite often for repairs and they do a great great job - allegedly the technician (who is better than in VW authorized repair stations...) is 'living there' - meaning he knows all in and outs of VW repair! When I visisted Exec. i was immediately greeted and assisted by Marcus the manager. He was extrememly friendly and helpful. The cars they advertised on the web were available for test drives. I purchased the 3rd car i looked at. Processing was very fast and simple. The car is definately worth the money i paid for it. I would recommend this business to anyone that is searching for a used vehicle. More
My experience was a nightmare. I bought a car from this place, as soon as I got home ligths were not working. The next day the check engine light came on. I took it to a mechanic diagnose at least four pro place, as soon as I got home ligths were not working. The next day the check engine light came on. I took it to a mechanic diagnose at least four problems and said that it will cost me lots of money to have repair. Of course the warranty guy didn’t even answer the phone. A week later I took the car back to tried working something out with the owner, he literally said “GET THE HELL OF OUT HERE, BECAUSE I DON’T CARE AND THAT’S BUSINESS” This place rips people off big time, please be aware. More
My visit to this dealership was great . Got there met this super nice Sales Rep by the name of Marcos. I let him kno what I was working with price wise and he made me feel completely safe with signing th this super nice Sales Rep by the name of Marcos. I totally reccomend this dealership to anyone that wants great customer service and a nice reliable care for a steal price. More
We had an unfortunate problem; the radiator hose to the Jaguar we bought came off and the engine was overheating before we got out of Manassas. Marcus sent his mechanics out to rescue us and when we got b Jaguar we bought came off and the engine was overheating before we got out of Manassas. Therefore I cannot say that the overall experience was great, but we did end up with a more practical car for my daughter (plus a three month warranty). Thank you Marcus. More
We went to check out one advertised auto, but bought another we saw on the lot. It was a make we were not familiar with, but Marcos was very knowledgeable and patient. Worked with Marcos to purchase a '97 Jaguar and was generally pleased with the service. Had the car privately inspected thanks to their delivering it to Pep Boys, then had new tires installed on their generally pleased with the service.
