Greta experience, Marco was the best. I called about a one owner 2006 Nissan Frontier KC 4X4 Nismo with only 45,00 miles. Marco faxed me the CarFax report and maintainence records for the truck. Marco eve one owner 2006 Nissan Frontier KC 4X4 Nismo with only 45,00 miles. Marco faxed me the CarFax report and maintainence records for the truck. Marco even had personal knowledge of the previous owner which I have verified thru the records he provided. He answered all questions very precisely and with great confidence. I placed a $500 deposit with credit card on Wednesday and he held the vehicle till Saturday. The truck was fully detailed an ready to go when I arrived. I purchased the truck for the great price of $14,699.00, Which is approximately $2000 below retail price. They also included many extra parts which were included with the truck, which the original owner had included when he traded it in. I am not sure of the bad reviews but I would definitely buy from them again. I just Love my new truck. Thanks Marco for a great buying experience. More
ASIDE FROM RIPPING ME OFF, THE CAR IS INFESTED WITH ANTS! They are very nice to you until they have your money. If you are thinking about purchasing from them, I hope you don't get screwed like me. First- They are very nice to you until they have your money. If you are thinking about purchasing from them, I hope you don't get screwed like me. First- They told me that I have to buy the warrenty and GAP insurance as a contingency of financing (which is not true). I cancelled the warrenty within the 30 day money back guarantee (as stated on the warrenty) but executive auto wholesale never paid me back. They kept promising me a refund but 3 months later still no money. (And most banks have a maxium charge back policy of 60 days) Finally they told me that they "had costs associated with the sale" and that I would only get $90 out of my $995 that I paid for the warrenty. They never paid me the $90. And now the ants. At first I noticed a few random ants; nothing to be conserned about. I didn't even kill them because I thought they were isolated. Not so much. Now that spring is here the car is so infested that I cannot drive it without them crawling all over me. $295 for the exterminator and ants are still in my car. Please take my advise and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. More
This. place. was. horrible!! We were interested in a very specific car and called multiple times about it s condition and availability. After being reassured that the battery was not dead (as we were previou specific car and called multiple times about it s condition and availability. After being reassured that the battery was not dead (as we were previously told) and that it just needed charged, and we read on the website description that the car was perfect and ready to roll off the lot, we decided to take the trip to see it. At first, the guy we dealt with remembered I had called yesterday and got us set up to drive the. When we got in it, the check engine light was on, batter light was on and the brake light was on. We decided to drive it to an Auto Zone so they could run a diagnostic on the check engine light. The store was only a mile away, and during which, the heat would not turn on, the power steering went out and there was an odd clicking sound. After we finished at Auto Zone, where we learned the O2 sensor was mostly likely busted and the battery was overheating, we got in the car to go back to the shop and the car wouldn t start!! What part of ready to roll is that?? They guy selling the car did not seem to care whatsoever for our troubles or that we drove a 10 hour trip to see a busted car! He claimed he told me that battery was dead on the phone, but he told me it needed charged, not that it was overheating and bad. I would never recommend shopping here based on the integrity in which they do business! More
After reading some of the online reviews, I was apprehensive about this dealership. My car buying experience was not only smooth but incredibly pressure and hassle free. Went to this dealershio looking for a small 3rd car. They had plenty to choose from. Allowed me to take the car home and wait for my bank to send me a Check from USAA to buy the car same as cash plus gave me had plenty to choose from. Allowed me to take the car home and wait for my bank to send me a Check from USAA to buy the car same as cash plus gave me a free 1month 3k warranty. For auto wholesalers in VA, I would not go anywhere else. Friendly, easy going and NOT pushy. Car Shopping + Laid Back environment = less stress. Sorry for everyone who had a bad experience, they were great for me. Wholesale cars are not like USED cars with warranties. as you can still purcahse a warranty. Your getting the car at close to auction pricing at a reduced rate with no strings. More
Wish I had seen these posts before my grandson bought a vehicle and an ASC warranty for “peace of mind” from these culprits. The vehicle ran right for two to three weeks until a problem began to be notice vehicle and an ASC warranty for “peace of mind” from these culprits. The vehicle ran right for two to three weeks until a problem began to be noticeable with second gear. Then the right rear brake line went. He took it to a Dodge dealership who agreed to look at the transmission only after the brakes were fixed (not safe to even test drive). They replaced the brake line and a hose that was rigged up with a coat hanger; along with upper ball joints that the Dodge mechanic was mystified as to how the vehicle passed a state inspection three weeks prior to the date of sale. The transmission has to be replaced; a problem that was existing when the vehicle was purchased (grandson hasn’t had it long enough for that kind of wear to happen). The ASC “peace of mind” turned out to be a piece of nothing. Of the specific transmission parts covered, none of the affected parts were on the list. So, he will have a safe, sound running vehicle after paying an almost $5,000.00 repair bill on top of the purchase price from Executive Auto. Marcos referred me to the owner, Sean (Shawn?), who initially offered $100.00 towards the ball joints and said to bring any other problems to him so his shop could make it right. When subsequently contacted about the transmission problem, his response was, "Why are you telling me about this? You bought a vehicle for cash, as is. I offered the $100.00 "out of the goodness of my heart." Looks like that is the extent of his heart and conscience. End of story. More
I was very skeptical about purchasing my car from Executive when I read the previous reviews, but the car was the right color and the right price. Marcos was my salesperson. He was more like a frie Executive when I read the previous reviews, but the car was the right color and the right price. Marcos was my salesperson. He was more like a friend than your regular pushy sales guy. He knew quite a bit about the cars he had in inventory. I have to admit, I learned alot! Anyway to make it short, I had a great experience, a great car at a good price. Keep up the good work! I would buy my next car from here. Thanks, Laura More
Worst business. We bought a car for our daughter about 3 weeks ago. We try to get emission test to register this car. And we found engine light are disconected. And they found engine problem that we were no weeks ago. We try to get emission test to register this car. And we found engine light are disconected. And they found engine problem that we were not aware of. Because of engine light was disconected. We brought a car to dealer to fix those problem but answer is "no". Then owner threatened us to tow our car if we dont come pick up our car. Also this owner told us we might be the one to disconect engine light...Shake my head... Why would I do that? It is terrible that they trick customer that way. PLEASE DO NOT SPEND EVEN PENNY AT THIS PLACE. More
My boyfriend and I recently purchased a 2004 BMW 330xi from executive and had a great experience. After dealing with a lot of high-pressure-'let-me-discuss-the-price-with-my-manager-and-see-what-we-can-do from executive and had a great experience. After dealing with a lot of high-pressure-'let-me-discuss-the-price-with-my-manager-and-see-what-we-can-do' salesmen, it was refreshing to work with Marcos and Sean because they both skipped the fluff and let the car sell itself. We looked at the car on a Tuesday and set a clear asking price and came back Thursday to have the car inspected at the dealership. (Everything checked out; the car was in near-perfect condition) I was very appreciative when the bill of sale was clearly for the price we had discussed on Tuesday and that there were no funny sales games. The only downside to our experience was the sticky transaction with getting the title. In the case of this particular vehicle, Executive was selling it for a friend, and so the title was not securely in our hands the day we purchased the car and drove off the lot. It took a little over a week for us to receive the title, which was a big inconvenience, but I believe Marcos was as prompt as he could be about getting it to us in that situation. All in all, I was very impressed with the service and people at Executive and I would gladly recommend checking in with these guys before going to any other dealer in the DC area. More
