Took my jeep in for a new warrantied Windshield which was included with the purchase of the vehicle. They made me research it and provide the warrant. Then it had a bunch of goop all around the window was included with the purchase of the vehicle. They made me research it and provide the warrant. Then it had a bunch of goop all around the window frame. They never cleaned it up. Lastly made appt. 2-3 weeks ahead of time for recall item. Take the jeep in and am told yup it needs to be replaced but they don’t have the part. They had 2-3 weeks to make sure the part was in stock. More

We are original owners of our Hummer. Lost our key. Ewald wants to charge us almost $2,000 to take door apart to see vin number to match key. Did I mention my husband just had quadruple bypass surgery and they could not care less? I was super diplomatic to see if there were any other solutions? Josh was not! Very disappointed. Horrible experience. Had to wait 2 1/2 weeks to get an appointment. Took my car in for the appointment on Wednesday. Did not get my car back until Saturday at 2:30 PM. Needed more time. Horrible communication. I had to call and call and call to find out what was what. They never reached out to me. Then when we went to pay, they charged us for a tuneup where they said they changed my spark plugs and then charged me again for changing my spark plugs. Very shady. Over $800. Do not Go to this dealership! Not becoming of the jeep name. More
I am extremely disappointed with my 2022 Jeep Compass Red Edition, and that a new motor was needed just after 7 months. They told me that when they drained the oil, "there were large metal shards in the drip Edition, and that a new motor was needed just after 7 months. I find it hard to believe that nothing was found in the drip pan when I had two previous oil changes at the dealership. I guess after 7 months the motor just decided to start eating itself. When I purchased the vehicle it was being used at the dealership as a loaner vehicle, and had 7000 miles on it. The dealership should have sold it as a certified pre owned vehicle(shame on me), which would have ensured that any issues were addressed before the sale. Instead, they sold me a lemon. It's obvious they were just trying to make a quick sale without properly inspecting the vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership or Jeep model to anyone. Honestly, they are numb to customer complaints...they literally have nothing to say about. Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere. More

Surface scratches all over the place, yea I bought It knowing they would buff out but this is a requirement of Ram Certified. During the signing portion of the buying process they were going over the add on options, warranties etc and while I was debating and the finance guy said I’ll have them throw on the interior coating as they will be at that portion now. Well it was made to sound like they were throwing it in for free. I thanked him and purchased 2 other things. Upon looking later at my purchase agreement there was the $400 charge for the interior coating. Again my own fault for not reading every line. But some shady sales tactics. I get the vehicle home and realize the next day that they had 3 stone chips covered up by the used car sticker on the front window. Ram Certified? 🤔I talked to the salesman the next day and said he would have it taken care of and they would be calling me to set to it. After several promises and no returned calls I paid out of pocket to have it repaired. I was told they would send out a check for payment to me. I still have yet to get payment. Awful service, constant lies. I purchased the vehicle July 5 and it’s not August 12th with no payment. Talked to the sales manager yesterday and was promised first thing today he would look into it. Emailed him at noon, no response. Called him at 4pm no answer. Called GM no answer. Avoid this place. More
DO NOT GO HERE. Worst service I have ever received in my life. Buyers beware. If you purchase they offer a warranty that states that you have to use a certified Chrysler dealership for all your work and m life. Buyers beware. I purchased mine in 2008 and have used many different Chrysler dealerships in the country and this is the only one that is completely inadequate. I love my Jeep so much but will no longer be purchasing from Chrysler because I can not deal with the incompetence of this place. Long review and details below! I have a life time extended warranty on my jeep. I have had many issues with this dealerships service. From them not turning the warning lights off after servicing, to simply not "finding" the problem with my roof leaking. However, being that this is the closest Chrysler to me I had no choice but to keep bringing my jeep back for service. On January 27th I left my car for the day because I was experiencing low tire pressure warnings with brand new tires on. I told them MULTIPLE times that I believed it was due to the sensors. When they called they told me that three of my tires needed to be resealed and it would cost me roughly $40.00 per tire. I explained that they were just purchased from silver lake tire auto next door and that I would bring it back to them. So the following day I left my car again with Silver Lake and they informed me that it was the sensors that needed to be replaced. They did a very detailed review and listed pictures for me to see as well. When I called back Chrysler they were very unapologetic. Really didn't seem to care at all that they misdiagnosed and wasted my time for two days without a car. February 4th I brought my car back and they told me that I did need to replace sensors and that it was covered under my warranty but they did not have them back in stock. February 8th they installed the new sensors. It was below zero outside and I had to bring my four children with my husband and I so that he could drop me off and I could drive my jeep home. However, when I got into my vehicle it said my back tire was 0 and to check tpm. I went back into the dealership almost in tears with frustration. The sales manager on duty (maybe Justin? ) asked me what I would like him to do about it. He said that he did not have a loaner for me and there was no way I would be leaving my car again. I told him that during this whole ordeal no one would call me back. I asked for managers I got Voice Mails. I asked for calls back I got NOTHING. The only way I got a call back originally was because I did the online chat. He assured me that I would get a call the next day. The next day I did receive another unapologetic phone call asking me to bring my car back. Having already gone so many days without my car I told them I would not bring my car back until they had a loaner for me. Jim Stabl (my service advisor) told me it would be a few days and he would call me when something came available. That was February 9th. It is now MARCH 11th. No one has called me. I am done with this dealership. I will now travel over an hour for all my service needs rather than bring my car here every again. I will be contacting Chrysler and rating them everywhere I can. More
I had a bad feeling walking in the door, should've just went somewhere else. It was nothing but games! I was ready to buy a newer used Jeep and although I don't mind paying a price, I'm not willing to over went somewhere else. It was nothing but games!
