I had the most amazing experience at Ettleson. Angelo was my salesman, and he went beyond the call of duty to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I would give him 100 stars if possible. Also, Louis was very patient with his tutorial tour of my new Xt6. I've purchased many vehicles, including my last 4 Acadias, because I've been leasing since the mid 90s, and the process has always excruciating. I can honestly say that Ettleson is the very best experience I've ever encountered. I arrived to the dealership minutes before 7:00pm, and I had no idea closing time was 7:00pm. I thought closing was at 8:00pm. It wasn't until I was finalizing my transaction around 10:00pm that I learned that I basically walked in at closing. Prior to arriving, I had searched the inventory for the vehicle I ultimately purchased, but once I was in the showroom, I got sidetracked with the Xt5 and the beautiful red Xt6 and became fickled. Angelo was patient and allowed me to decide on what I wanted. I want to extend my sincerest apologies for holding up the team of people who stayed behind to seal the deal.
