I rated my experience 3 stars due to inconsistent communication during my service visit. While the vehicle was completed on time, there was no walkthrough or explanation of the work performed at pick communication during my service visit. While the vehicle was completed on time, there was no walkthrough or explanation of the work performed at pickup—just a notification that it was ready and directions to retrieve the keys. As a customer, I value understanding what was done to my vehicle, any findings, and whether there are recommendations for future service. This level of communication is something I’ve consistently experienced with other luxury brands, and it makes a difference in overall trust and satisfaction. I would appreciate a more thorough and proactive explanation of services moving forward so I can feel confident in the care of my vehicle. More

Great guys to work with, I worked with Brian Kuehl, Joe Kendall, Luis Alverado, and Steve the finance manager. The team had everything ready do finance transaction was quick and easy. Dan Calandriello made our experience a real pleasure. He was very down to earth and there was no feeling of being pressured into the sale. Happy with the new car and the the overall experience at Ettleson. I appreciate the openness and transparency from Frank (general manager) and the entire team during our negotiations and closing of this Ettleson. There were some issues with the rebate program offered by other companies, but Frank kept his word and honor de entire deal. I do recommend Ettleson for anyone looking for a great car dealer in the Chicago area. More
