Great fast service I am from out of town and wanted to make sure that my 2013 F-150 did not have an antifreeze leak before I headed back to Atlanta. I got in without an appointment and they check the vehicle out for nearly an hour and NO CHARGE! People were friendly and courteous. This is what makes me want to purchase another Ford. Good Dealership...lacking in the follow up. I bought my car in 2013 along with the Gap insurance via them vs my insurance company. I traded my car in last month and immediately contacted Advanta I bought my car in 2013 along with the Gap insurance via them vs my insurance company. I traded my car in last month and immediately contacted Advantage to get the paperwork to cancel Gap and get my money refunded for the remainder. It took 3 days and 2 follow up calls to get Dave in Finance to send the paperwork that he was supposedly sending as soon as we hung up. 30 days later, and another call to Evans (who has also not returned my call going on 3 days now), GAP Administration has still not received my cancellation paperwork. They were very quick to sell it to me since there is money to be made by that, but not very quick to want to get me my money back. Working with them in the beginning was very easy and for that I will recommend them. I would caution that if you need anything after your sale, don't expect expedient service. More

Excellent service dept. My air conditioning wasn't blowing cold air. When I pulled in the service drive Dustin came over and asked me what I needed. When I told him sat in the car and immediately told me about the problem. He wrote up my repair order and told me they would need the car overnight. He then got me a ride home and called the next day to let me know the car was ready. He sent a driver to pick me up and bring me to the dealer. Dustin let me know that the repair was covered by warranty and I won't be charged for the repair.Dustin was courteous and professional when dealing with me and I greatly appreciated it. Battery cable corroded Had to bring my wife's explorer in because the battery cable was completely corroded on the terminal. This should not have happened if the service department had done their part with their 50 point inspection. The corrosion was very evident as it was spraying all over the engine. The problem was fixed at Ford's expense but had my wife been on a business trip to Orlando she could have broken down on the highway. This is my second issue with the service department More
