I asked if my car could be ready by noon and she told me no problem. I live 30 miles away and depend on a friend to drive me Advantage at 11:30 she called and told me my car was ready. This experience I had was one of the better ones at this dealership. Thanks, job well done. More
Excellent, honest service I have been to Advantage Ford in Stuart twice since May. Once because my tire blew out on the highway. I used Ford Roadside and the service guys saw me immediately. They only charged me for the tire, a little over $100, and were totally transparent the whole time. I appreciated not being priced gouged because I was totally at their mercy with a tire blown in half. The second visit was this week, to replace a burned out break light, fix my Bluetooth, and check my tire pressure. They filled the air in my tires and fixed all other issues, and only charged me for the light. I was terrified at the bill, but they were super honest and reasonable in the end. I am so glad to have a service center I can trust. More

Terrible customer service, sales, and service I'm from a family of loyal ford owners. Bought a used mustang here roughly 2 years ago. They take the image of the ford owner and spit on it. Went in to upgrade my mustang, and was denied a test drive on a used mustang. Their reason was that new policy only allows 21 and older to test drive. I'm a 19 year old computer programmer with $26,000 to spend and you want to deny a legal adult a test drive? Even after I bought a car there when I was 17? With my own money? Discrimination based on age is unacceptable and if you don't want to do business then so be it. I'll take my mustang to sunrise if I have to, especially if they take 1 hour and a half to replace a dead battery. Don't do business here, these people don't care about you. More

I reluctantly ended up going with the financing in lieu of leasing. They uses the old practice of wearing you down until you concede your deal. I have been a Ford customer for over 25 year and I would not recommend the sale department to anyone. I have switched to Lincoln In a lighter note their service department is one of the best I have experienced. Great service advisers! More

They charge you like a Benz dealership for service. I took my Ford Ranger in for Service on Monday the 13th the gear shift (PRND12) didn't line up. they fixed it somewhat and charged me $285.00 o the replaced a few burned out bulbs. The next morning the check engine light on code stating the Transmission Range Sensor maybe bad.. So I stop by Advantage and tell that I think the work they preformed yesterday caused the check light.. They said no it didn't. The told them your not going to screw me twice. So I drove to Sunrise Ford they fixed the issue but where to professional to comment if Advantage caused the issue but wouldn't rule it out. I'm a engineer I know it you adjust something by an 1/8 of an inch that be monitor by a sensor there a chance you can screw something up.. Stay away from Advantage Ford More
