Professional service The Service Representative, Joe Brito was very kind, courteous and professional. He also noticed that the radio antenna was brittle and cracked and made sure that issue was taken care of also. F150 recall & service Not sure if the recall for the F150 door locks has been fixed. Testing & time will tell. But Joe was helpful & concerned to resolve the issue, as this is the 3rd time I have been back with no resolution, yet. Also had some rusting on back seat metal which was told is normal due to the type of metal and living in Florida. Will try to fix myself based on Joe's recommendation. More

Battery replacement The service was excellent. The rep (George) went out of his way to ensure our visit was quick and pleasant. The battery on my 2018 had died. It had The service was excellent. We were out and about and my wife needed to get home to take medicine. We had the care jumped by AAA. We thought we stop at Advantage Ford, to see how long it might take. George told to relax and he would have out in 45 minutes. George beat that time and my wife got home in time for her medication. It was like the hour we lost with Daylight Saving, was returned by Advantage Ford. Thank you More
