Great experience I had a 2:30 appt for my oil change and tire rotation. Dropped it off before work at 7:30 am, advised I would be back at 5pm to pick up. "Transmission Repair" and other repair issues It has been a nightmare for 2 months with mature car problems from 1/17/19 – 3-19-19. During this time my 2013 Ford Fusion was towed 3X to Advantage F It has been a nightmare for 2 months with mature car problems from 1/17/19 – 3-19-19. During this time my 2013 Ford Fusion was towed 3X to Advantage Ford for repair. During this time I was supplied with a rental car. At least I could get around! My main worry was if I could trust this car and not breaking down at an isolated area. On 3/18/19 when the car was towed the 3rd time it only needed to replace the battery. Car was ready on 3/19/19. When I picked up the car it was a rainy day. Dustin Bauer very considered as always, drove the car to the service area, so I wouldn’t get wet. Thank you Dustin for being so thoughtful! And, I am always happy to deal with you and thanks for you good service. More

Professional service The Service Representative, Joe Brito was very kind, courteous and professional. He did an excellent job of explaining what was wrong with the A/C and The Service Representative, Joe Brito was very kind, courteous and professional. He also noticed that the radio antenna was brittle and cracked and made sure that issue was taken care of also. F150 recall & service Not sure if the recall for the F150 door locks has been fixed. Testing & time will tell. Also had some rusting on back seat metal which was told is normal due to the type of metal and living in Florida. Will try to fix myself based on Joe's recommendation. More

We were out and about and my wife needed to get home to take medicine. We had the care jumped by AAA. We thought we stop at Advantage Ford, to see how long it might take. George told to relax and he would have out in 45 minutes. George beat that time and my wife got home in time for her medication. It was like the hour we lost with Daylight Saving, was returned by Advantage Ford. Thank you More
