Best service around I brought my car in for a sticking shifter. I was having trouble getting the car out of park. Dustin listened and took notes as to the problem. Friendly, professional staff! After our 1997 Mercury Marquis died . . . we began the search for a new car which we had not planned to do, anticipating the Marquis would survive ano After our 1997 Mercury Marquis died . . . we began the search for a new car which we had not planned to do, anticipating the Marquis would survive another 2 years! One of us wanted a sports car, and the other (more practical half of this couple) wanted another SUV (we already have a 2011 Explorer whichbwe both love for its comfort and ride. We spent the week test driving several sportier cars throughout Palm Beach County. We did agree that no matter what we bought we needed leg room in the back for our rapidly growing grandkids. We almost signed on a Dodge Charger from a dealer in North Palm Beach, but the intimidation tactics used by the sales manager - in addition to the bait and switch tactics used by dealership (3 cars we were interested in were no longer available though they were on the lot) totally turned us off and away from the deal. Ending up at Advantage Ford of Stuart, we met Jeff Kistler in the lot and he graciously showed us some of the vehicles on the lot. We saw the Ford Edge ST (sport model) and immediatly liked the look and features of the vehicle. It seemed a good compromise, satisfying both the need for speed and road handling, as well comfort and roominess for all. It took us no time at all to agree on our new Ford Edge ST. Jeff and the manager were very professional, calm and willing to work with us. We had a very positive experience with everyone we came into contact with at Advantage, (even the finaance guy” 😝) and will definitely recommend them. Although we live in PB County, it was worth the drive to Stuart to meet such nice, no pressure sales people. We highly recommend Advantage Ford. More

Fun Experience with a very Professional Young Man Great Dealership! Our Salesman, Tennyson (not sure if I spelled that correctly) was GREAT! He was fun to work with and we so thought we were dealing Great Dealership! Our Salesman, Tennyson (not sure if I spelled that correctly) was GREAT! He was fun to work with and we so thought we were dealing with a gentleman that has been working there for 20 years. He was a new Young Professional there, but will go far... Once our negotiated price was complete, we left with a Nissan Titan...Between the Salesman and the Finance Manager, we had so much fun laughing and cutting up. Thanks Ford for my Nissan (That sounds funny, but oh well.) We would recommend them any day. More
