Battery replacement First the good - My battery died on my 2.5 year old King Ranch F-150 and the service center was able to squeeze me into their schedule and have my bat First the good - My battery died on my 2.5 year old King Ranch F-150 and the service center was able to squeeze me into their schedule and have my battery replaced during lunch time. They were very helpful and accomidating in fitting me in. Now the BAD - This is now the 4th battery that I have had installed in this vehicle, which is not even 3 years old. I have had 3 other Ford trucks for 4, 7 and 5 years, respectively, and NEVER replaced a battery, let alone 4 in under 3 years. When I questioned a service writer about this I was informed that "that is not unusual for Florida!". At least they were all covered under warranty. More

He stated the person that checked me in had a emergency and had to leave. I feel like he should have turned this over to another person. I was without a car. Thank God we have a second car. Jimmy did take care of my bill for my inconvenience. More
