70 thousand mile inspection The took the car and told me to go home in my wife’s car and they would call when it was ready. Personable Salesman We enjoyed our salesman but the management and processing the purchase was a mess. Jeff is the only reason we retured to this dealer for our purchase. We enjoyed our salesman but the management and processing the purchase was a mess. Jeff is the only reason we retured to this dealer for our purchase. As we were shopping around I have very specific criteria on a used vehicle to consider it over a new purchase. I received an email back for a used vehicles not in my criteria (not from our salesman). Jeff was very attentive to what we wanted and provided excellent service to us. He only showed us what we were interested in since we were very specific in what we wanted and what our interest was. We appreciated that he did not try to sell something we had no interest in. I did an over the phone finance application on a Saturday. My credit was pulled and I was given an interest rate and payment amount. When I came in expecting to sign papers, my credit was run again and no changes occured in the 2 day window however all the sudden I needed a cosigner. There was no explaination of why this changed all the sudden. Then when signing the purchase paperwork I noticed the sales price was not adjusted down to reflect the online sales price. That was about a $4,000 difference that I amlost ate. I had about 3-4 separate people contact me other than my salesman which was annoying. I can see one additional person checking on how everything is going but too many hands were in the kitchen. More

Excellent and professional service at Advantage Ford My 2017 Ford Focus suddenly powering down with a "High Temp-leave the road safely" warning. I had the car towed to Advantage Ford in the early evenin My 2017 Ford Focus suddenly powering down with a "High Temp-leave the road safely" warning. I had the car towed to Advantage Ford in the early evening and was able to get it checked into the service department. The next morning I was put in touch with Justin Bauer, who was to be my service advisor. A diagnosis of the the car by the technician found that some road debris in the form of pieces of marker flag had gotten into the fan, damaging the fan and the radiator. Dustin called me and advised me of the problem. He provided a quote to perform the work. I authorized the work and requested that he save the damaged parts with the road debris, which he agreed without any hesitation to do. He ordered the parts and the work was completed in a very timely manner. He wrote up an accurate description of the problem on the service report and provided the damaged parts with the road debris in the new parts box and placed it in the car, taking care to provide protective covering to prevent any possible coolant residue from leaking into the car. The car was washed and looked and ran great when I picked it up. I appreciate very much Justin's attention to my needs and requests and the excellent service provided. More
