Battery replacement First the good - My battery died on my 2.5 year old King Ranch F-150 and the service center was able to squeeze me into their schedule and have my bat First the good - My battery died on my 2.5 year old King Ranch F-150 and the service center was able to squeeze me into their schedule and have my battery replaced during lunch time. They were very helpful and accomidating in fitting me in. Now the BAD - This is now the 4th battery that I have had installed in this vehicle, which is not even 3 years old. I have had 3 other Ford trucks for 4, 7 and 5 years, respectively, and NEVER replaced a battery, let alone 4 in under 3 years. When I questioned a service writer about this I was informed that "that is not unusual for Florida!". At least they were all covered under warranty. More

Share Information My car was dropped for a simple oil change. 7 pm came and i did not get a call from the service department. I called after 7 pm to find out that the My car was dropped for a simple oil change. 7 pm came and i did not get a call from the service department. I called after 7 pm to find out that the service department was closed. Next morning i called to talk to a service manager and i spoke with Jimmy. He stated the person that checked me in had a emergency and had to leave. I feel like he should have turned this over to another person. I was without a car. Thank God we have a second car. Jimmy did take care of my bill for my inconvenience. More
Disappointed Very disappointed. Brought my car in Saturday June 1st for a recall issue with the gas tank, the car had already been in previously for same issue bef Very disappointed. Brought my car in Saturday June 1st for a recall issue with the gas tank, the car had already been in previously for same issue before recall. Paperwork states that it was inspected and no work needed to be performed at this time. On Tuesday June 4th I once again ran out of gas while the fuel gauge was registering more than 1/4 of a tank left. Furthermore, my transmission still jerks constantly as I have also had the car in a number of times for the issue. Always told that it is normal or within specs and nothing needs to be replaced. Also another issue that was recalled after my many complaints and still not fixed. Very disappointed with the car as a whole and with the entire customer service experience from the beginning. More
