They asked if I wanted it replaced when I was paying my invoice but I didn't have time to wait for another oil change. I scheduled the appointment on line and chose the synthetic. I didn't think I had to specify which oil because I selected it online and have always had my truck serviced at Advantage without any issues. Thought they would have my records on file. Also the truck was not washed (always has been before) and the interior was left slightly greasy. (arm rest) More

Finally For the first time in over a year I had my vehicle serviced at Advantage Ford. The previous 3 times made me swear that I would never return. I had issues with with sales staff when purchasing my Explorer and services. Techs seemed more interested in making an extra buck than satisfying customer needs. Yesterday I relented and came back in hopes of a positive change. From the time I made the appointment, to the time I picked my vehicle all of the staff was extremely supportive. When I next need service, I definitely will use Advantage again. More

I do wish that they had explained that the second key would not be released until the PIN number cleared. I had the second key by Wednesday after buying the car on Monday. The only problem that I had was being given a hard time about a missing owners manual. I know it sounds trite, but I had looked in the glove box and found it empty. I then contacted the dealership to find out about obtaining one only to be told that the manual was in the glovebox. There was a minor hassle in getting a physical copy. The customer service has been good overall, and Blake has stayed in contact which is wonderful More
