No Diesel Tech I brought my 2017 F250 diesel in for service and a front end alignment (second time pulling to right, steering wheel not centered). Service writer said they couldn't do more than an oil and filters change because their dealership does not have a diesel mechanic. So, they sell diesel vehicle but they can't repair them, this is very odd at best. Got the truck back and the alignment is still off, pulls to the right and the steering wheel is still off center. Back in October of 2018, I purchased a pre-owned Cadillac SRX from this dealership. It was hands down the worst buying experience in my 40 years of purchasing/leasing a vehicle. The finance manager was the rudest man I've ever dealt with, the salesman was treated terribly by him as well and the whole experience was deplorable. Regardless I loved the car and proceeded to buy it knowing full well I would NEVER return or refer anyone to them. Then last month, in June I realized that the car I had purchased was too small for my interior design business and I needed something like a Ford Flex. I went on to Auto Trader and low and behold there was the car I wanted at a reasonable price and close by. One caveat....the Flex was at Advantage Ford. I thought it over for a while and decided to take a drive over there and find the car myself without stopping at the front office. A nice man was putting stickers on cars and approached me. I said there was no need to get anyone as I was not prepared to do any business just wanted to SEE the car. He assured me that he would send me a salesman with zero pressure. I reluctantly agreed just to be polite. That is when Ryan Smith came out. We talked for a bit and I explained my experience in October of 2018. He asked me to please let him involve his GM, Steve Mudd. I truly loved the Flex, it was exactly what I needed, had the right options and the price was within reason. This started at 11:00am that day, at 6PM I was picking up my car. I left the dealership and once verything was said and done I came back and drove away with my 2019 Ford Flex which I L O V E! Had it not been for these 3 people I encountered that day I would have NEVER given them my business. SO, give Advantage Ford of Stuart a chance to earn your business and ask for Ryan Smith! He was WONDERFUL to work with. More

Quick Lane and Brake Check I went to Advantage Ford for an oil change and a brake check and only drove 3 miles when all was finished! Unfortunately, a service member did not ins I went to Advantage Ford for an oil change and a brake check and only drove 3 miles when all was finished! Unfortunately, a service member did not install the new brake pump correctly and our seized up! We were forced to tow the car back to Advantage Ford at our expense (because everyone went home already)! When left stranded with no way to get home, the Sales Manager's response was to take me to Enterprise Rent-A-Car, but you guessed it... they were closed too! Not one offer to drive me home due to negligence on their part. It was clearly my problem and Ford wanted no part in it. After a very stern note left in the night drop box with reimbursement requests, our car was fixed the next day around lunchtime. Needless to say, Ford screwed up this time and had little compassion for a loyal customer. The towing cost was reimbursed, but that does not make up for the lack of customer service and support. Hopefully they have reflected on their practices and have made some great strides for other customers. More
