Acceptable Came in for oil change and service of 35,000 miles and told I also needed new tires. So $100 visit went to $1,000. Not the service person's fault. But I was frustrated and should have taken the time to make sure the tires were not only made in the US but union made. I did not do that - there is a list that I could have checked and I don't think they are union made even if made in US. Also I had called the service department about 10 days before and left message/email asking what was needed at 35,000 miles and the message was they would call me back or email me. I never heard from them except a call asking if I wanted to upgrade my car. Not listening I guess. More

When you agree something with one person, they seldom do it, nor do they write it in their internal systems so Worst car dealership experience ever. When you agree something with one person, they seldom do it, nor do they write it in their internal systems so you have to start all over the next time you talk to them. They also have an incredible employee turn over so you never deal with the same persons. Sales people are incompetent and fully live up to the worst stereotypes of a used car salesman... they claim they want to help you and have a great deal for just you. It inevitably turns out to be the exact same great deal always. Buy a new car and we will pretend we give you a great deal while we’re screwing you over again and again. Buying experience as well as service experience is horrible. If you truly want a Ford, go somewhere else. More
