Very nice and efficient service I brought my 2018 Ford Explorer in for the installation of some parts to fix an occasionally malfunctioning GPS system. Dustin Bauer called to let me know the parts were in. We had several phone calls for me to try to fit the repair work into my busy schedule as a full-time attorney. So I appreciated Dustin getting my car in for parts installation on short notice. He was very polite and helpful. I returned to my office to work and the car was ready early in the afternoon. I went down and picked it up and everything was just fine. I greatly appreciated Dustin's service. I have bought about 5 Ford Explorers from Advantage Ford since around 1990 and have always had great service.there. I love the Ford Explorer for its towing ability and its very large trunk space for traveling overnight and taking the boat for a nice Florida boating and fishing weekend, and I need a functioning GPS to locate places and get there safely. More
