Everything went perfectly. Appointment was easy to make, they took care of my car and made sure it was returned perfectly, followed all my requests, and treated me very well. I need to bring my car back because the message came back on three days later. The time before my service person proactively called me, so I never had to call in to find out what was happening. I had an appo on three days later. The time before my service person proactively called me, so I never had to call in to find out what was happening. I had an appointment for Thursday morning, but they never touched my car on Thursday. Since they are keeping your transportation, they should think about that and not just make appointments and not look at your car. On Friday, they said they updated the computer and the car was fine. By Monday, the Stablitrak message was popping up again and beeping and every stoplight. But I have to give up my car again and I'm not as certain about leaving it there again. More
I paid for a diagnostic for a rough idle. The techs couldn't figure it out and the shops foreman basically was guessing at what the problem was. I did not have confidence that they knew what they were doing , Especially after giving me a $1700 dollar estimate to replace an injector (it was clear they weren't sure if that was the issue ). I will now allow a dealership to play a guessing game at my expense. I will never return to this dealership, and will continue to tell everyone I know about my experience. Shame on Cadillac. More
