Unprofessional, messed up my car the time before I brought it in. Went two weeks without a car, no offer of a replacement while they tried to fix the problems they created in my vehicle. Told me 2500 brought it in. Went two weeks without a car, no offer of a replacement while they tried to fix the problems they created in my vehicle. Told me 2500 for work then my husband went in and they dropped it to 1900, that's a $600 difference. Had my own $70 K&N air filter. When I checked my car later it was gone and was replaced with a cheap dealership one. Everyone other than Andrew was rude and unprofessional. Chipped my paint on my door handle and refused to take responsibility of it. All in all awful and will not be returning. Ever. More
