They lied about their loaner cars, the service advisor told us the last one was “just checked out that morning when we arrived” and the actual service counter and dealership told us they don’t even have their service loaner contracts in place yet. Whichever way it actually is, they are giving contradicting information, and for what reason? We had to rent a car on our own even though the service package we purchased says a loaner would be provided. They told us they would call with updates “later today”, days in a row, and never followed through, we had to call for updates (and the hold time is at the least 10 minutes to speak to a person after the automated welcome menu.) They couldn’t find the problem or even offer a possible solution or something to watch out for. My father owned and operated his own auto repair for 40 years that really cared for his customers and it is sad to me that this is the level of care car repair has come to with Envision Fords new ownership. My father, who doesn’t live in the area, knowing the computer in the car isn’t showing errors only physical signs of issues through pictures ,even had a list of possible issues after they couldn’t figure it out. They do not have follow through with what they say they will do, empty words, and very little customer care. The new ownership needs to look up and see what’s going on in their service department. I can’t speak on the sales department since I purchased my car with the previous owners, Advantage Ford, who have always been great and we purchased 4 cars from them over the years. We discovered we can take our car to any Ford in our area for any warranty work so we will be moving to Star Ford where we just purchased a new truck and had a great experience. It’s sad that after 10+ years of loyalty we will not be returning to this location. More
This dealership is the worst ford I have ever had to deal with. I have a ranger and within the first couple months of having the vehicle i started having problems with the trans and breaks. they would take a with. I have a ranger and within the first couple months of having the vehicle i started having problems with the trans and breaks. they would take a look at the vehicle and say "nothing is wrong" and still have my vehicle for over a week to do nothing and would never supply me with a loaner. I went to a different service center and of course my transmission was shot and had to get rebuilt. i started having problems again with the vehicle and this dealership will not allow me to bring it in. i called last week and they had a "5 month wait" and were beyond rude to me on the phone. i called again today and they had me on hold for 30 minutes just to ask someone what i can do. i ended up driving to them since they would not answer the phone and they were so rude. they made me wait 10 minutes outside because they were "busy" as they were just sitting there talking to the other advisor. finally one advisor comes out and says in an attitude "can i help you" and i explained what was happening and he says that i can not be taken in and that they wont help me because the wait list in now a week long! just to even take a look at the problems, not even fix them. Also, i took my vehicle in about a year ago and they decided to wash the truck and when i got it back it looked as if the ran it through a rock machine. it was so scratched up and i made them go back and fix all the scratched and then the manager tried to show me all the brushes they use and it wouldn't scratch it like that. they do not take blame for anything they do and they are so beyond rude and do not care about the clients. all they care about is the money. During my drive to work on the hwy a piece of trim blew off of the roof. I asked to have it inspected. I was not informed by the service advisor until 1pm the next day that they would not warranty the trim item because I did not retrieve the piece to show Ford. Jesus (service writer) offered to replace the piece if I paid the $250.00 labor charge. Total around $550.00. When I dropped off the truck on Thursday I requested four items: 1. Check missing trim piece. 2. Check tire pressure sensor fault right rear tire 3. Check rear view camera fault. 4. Alignment The service advisor never communicated any problems with the progress of the other work requested; at no time was I informed the services would not be completed. . I did talk to the service manager Frank about the refusal to replace the trim piece. Frank seemed very annoyed to have talk to me about the issue and had me explain to him what the service writer already relayed. Frank informed me Ford would not replace the trim piece with out the old piece; it was up to me to contact customer service on my own time and refused to go any further. I was upset to say the least. When I went to pick up the vehicle nothing was completed, pressure sensor, camera or alignment. Basically it sat in service from 7:30 am Thursday until 4pm Friday. Service manager refused to talk to me. Dealership owner and general manager left early even though he said he would be there when I picked up the vehicle. Good luck More
Where's the service? Not a single salesperson offered assistance after walking around the lot in 90 degree heat with my father, who has Parkinson and a knee replacement...
