You are way over priced I now see, and your technicians could not even be bothered to rotate the tires, due to swollen lug nuts? WTH is that anyway! YOU are the ones who only ever changed my tires previously. They did not attach something, there were many clips missing. Shoddy work this time. I am very unhappy. I will not be returning, ever. It ws $800 plus to top off a few fluids and wash my car. GREAT. No thanks More

The visitor parking has gone from good to just about non-existent. When waiting for my wife to get her service scheduled, I finally found a place to park. When I was waiting for her to speak to Marco B non-existent. When waiting for my wife to get her service scheduled, I finally found a place to park. When I was waiting for her to speak to Marco Barillas, I needed to use the Restroom. When I got to the Restroom, there was an OUT OF ORDER sign on the door and a cleaning woman told me I could not go in. I told my wife that I would try to get to the restroom in the Target Store next door before I wet my pants. When I came out of the Mens Room at Target, my wife was going into the Women's Room at Target because she could not get into the Rest Room at Envision Ford. More
