I found the perfect car at the perfect price but when I went to talk to the sales person, the actual price of the car was $7500 more than advertised. Classic bait and switch! The additional money is for “accessories “ and is not optional. This covers such things as key replacement, paint less dent repair, etc.-services which I will probably never use. They also ran several credit checks (?) which resulted in a big decrease in my credit rating. After the deal was done and I had time to review the paperwork, I had several questions. Attempts to reach anyone by phone is IMPOSSIBLE because every one’s mailbox is full. I sent an email to the general manager and did not get a response. Once they sell you the car, they don’t want to have anything to do with you. This is the kind of dealership that reinforces the stereotype of the fast talking, car salesman. The car I bought is great. It’s just a shame that dealing with these people is so stressful. More

This dealer is out fishing, stay away. Third salesman James was actually a pleasure to speak with and immediately produced what we had requested from the others days ago. Good on you for that effort. Listed price for the used car with generous options is $52,975. The deal that was just quoted to me is now $58,888 + they tacked $4,990 onto that for a 3-year plan (that nobody in their right mind would ask for) with third party “Zurich Shield” to help cover key replacement, roadside assistance, exterior paint sealant protection and a similar treatment for the interior. Those plans are a sham for any right minded driver. Add another $7400 in out-of -state taxes, title and doc fees and the vehicle came out to over $71,000 which is more than the MSRP for a brand new 2024 model. It’s funny really. Desperate tactics to make a buck 🤡 There’s plenty of dealers nationwide who are capable of providing an honest and transparent sale. I don’t wish anyone to do business with this dealer under these circumstances. Do better. More

My service rep was nice, but there are two main issues I had that brought down the rating. First, my rep quoted me 2-3 hours, but after SEVEN hours I finally messaged him and asked for an update. I understand that sometimes service goes long, but update your customers. It shouldn't take THREE times as long without letting them know. Also, the door of my Wagoneer now has black finger prints on it, assuming from the guy(s) who serviced it. This means it most likely has these prints inside of it too, which is xxxxxxxx. You shouldn't be putting grubby hands on customers' $70,000 vehicles, and DEFINITELY not on the interior of it. I've had to bring my car here four times either for service or issues, and not a single time did they wash it... which I was under the impression they would usually do. More

Don't do business with this place. Every single one of them lie to you and try to play you especially if you have no clue what your walking into. Since I'm young, they used Tatiana Ghanem to try to sell me the Durango SRT. She said what every salesmen feeds you, "I'm on your Side not on the managers side" and all this other xx. I know their strategy so they couldn't get me. We were talking about APR and the Sales Manager Eric Lopes told me "don't worry about the apr it doesn't matter if it's high" as if he is going to pay for it. I sold them my Durango Gt on May 10, 2023. Today is June 16, 2023 and they still have not paid it off and I still have to make payments on the Gt I sold them and the SRT Durango I got from them. They have a reputation for not paying off the cars they buy from people. DO NOT SELL THEM YOUR CAR AND GET ANOTHER ONE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR BOTH OF THEM. I had called Alondra Nava the Finance Manager days after May 10 and she said the car would be paid off in a few days which was a lie. I went in to speak to Laso Abbas the General Manager and he said they send out the checks every 5th of the month which is a lie. It's going to be 2 weeks and Chrysler Capital is still calling me advising to make a payment and mentioned they have not received anything from this dealer. It's funny how Alondra did not mention the company sends out the checks on the 5th but "it will be paid off in a few days from the 10th of May" but the GM Laso said the beginning of the month on the Sth. Clearly they are not communicating on how to lie to people. They also get bothered with people they can't xx and start rotating the salesmen. They tell you there's a program from ZURICH SHIELD attached to every car for the paint, interior and other stuff that adds 10k to the car and tell you " I'm going to give you a discount and it will be 6k. They added it to my Durango for $2995. On the form it states you do not have to buy this to get a vehicle. But of course they lie to you. I wouldn't recommend this place. More
