I found the vehicle I wanted online and we spoke numerous times over the phone to work out the deal—the cost, the money down, and no trade-in (I live in TX, and they knew this), the DEAL. When the day came to travel, they said they didn't want a cashier's check for the down payment, they wanted cash—$18,000. Not really what I wanted to taxi and fly with, but I did it. Then, they called back a few hours later and said they wanted $5,000 on a credit card too, in advance, because someone was looking at the vehicle. I said no, if someone took it, so be it, if I don't get it I don't get it. Just let me know before I fly so I could cancel my flight. They never called and I assume all was fine. When I arrived, the new price was $5,000 over what we agreed upon. They kept saying, "Well, you didn't have a trade-in," and "There was this rebate thing," and "You don't understand," and blah blah blah. The deal was the deal, and they broke it. Don't trust them! I don't know if they thought since I flew in, they had me, or what, but they changed the deal. I flew back home, out over $1K in flights, Ubers, etc. They'll probably respond to this, saying I didn't understand or they told me, or whatever. That is not so. If they had, I would not have wasted the money. We discussed the down payment, my pre-financing, and the vehicle price—the deal! Untrustworthy, dishonorable, no-integrity dealership!!! More

Beware do not take your vehicle to this dealership you will regret it's a complete waste of time. I took my RAM 1500 truck with the Park sense and Service Shifter warning lights coming on and was advised will regret it's a complete waste of time. I took my RAM 1500 truck with the Park sense and Service Shifter warning lights coming on and was advised my software needed updating so I paid $220, and that it should correct the problem and it did not. I had already serviced the truck elsewhere so nothing to be done except warning light problem. I returned again and was advised by Jonathan service advisor the master mechanic would check it out. I picked up the truck and as I was driving off the lot both warning lights came back on additionally the warning sound with no warning indicator is coming on so it's worse from when I took the truck into Envision. I video recorded how many times the warning lights are coming on the day I left the dealership. I am filing a complaint so it is on record with the Bureau of Automotive repair in California and sending a complaint into the California State Attorney General Rob Banta so they can get a hold of the owner at the dealership to advise. I was not told the truth upon dropping off the truck the master mechanic would look at it and he never checked my vehicle I asked Jonathan the service advisor and he said no. I know it's on record who checked my vehicle it's state law its documented on the repair order. More
This was the worst vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I was lied to multiple times and constantly told they were trying to help me yet continuous lies. Before I signed papers I told them the radio had an error on it that stated it needed to be serviced. They assured me it was just a 10 minute update and to just come back the following day they would take care of it. I return the following day and they told me the vehicle was fixed so I left and 5 minutes later the error came back on so I went back. They told me not to worry it happens all the time it's just a usb hub. They ordered the hub I came back two days later for them to swap the hub. It didn't fix it. They told me it's the whole radio now and that the radio would be in on the 18th I told them that doesn't work for me I would rather unwind the jeep deal. They called corporate and got a master tech to come down the next day and they told me then it just needed an update so I brought it in again and the master tech updated the radio. It didn't fix it so they needed to order the radio... they also let me know that there was never a date for the radio to be delivered it was on back order. So the corporate guy pulled some strings and they stated the radio would now be here the 28th I told them that doesn't work they said to give them a couple days and they will get it expedited. I did that and they told me it updated to the 23rd but should still be in sooner than that. So I called the gm and he assured me it would be in sooner and this would be the fix. Today is the 23rd and everyone at the dealership has for the most part ignored me. The little replies I got were that the truck wasn't there yet with the parts. When I asked what time the truck normally gets there they told me 7am and I was asking about my part at 1pm. No one has gotten back to me they simply lied to me and fraudulently sold me a vehicle with issues while they assured me it was a simple easy fix. I would not do any business with them what so ever. Save yourself the headache. I am now looking into a lawyer to resolve this. This dealership is just going to tell you whatever they have to so they can rip you off. More

so i purchase/lease a car in september, and trade in my lease car to them.so dealer took in my lease car, i show them my pay off balance and they agree to paid.however, they delay paying off my car about a lease car to them.so dealer took in my lease car, i show them my pay off balance and they agree to paid.however, they delay paying off my car about a month. i got late payment notification from ***** finance becuase they didnt pay. i went back in to talk to them and took them like 45 ~ 50 days from the day i trade in to payoff my car. so later i receive a mail from ***** finance says there is balance is not been paid for aroudn $383. i went back in to talk to them they say they only will pay off the pay off balance what ever the balance is ask me to find out why. however, i check w/ ***** finance and they told me because is a lease vehicle so whoever pay off the balance dealer or me, there will be a turn-in fee that will be charge that is not show in pay off balance. and dealer suppose know and they should take care of it. so i went back to the dealer and tell them about this, one of the finance manager is been rude and telling they dont know about this and they dont care is not their issue i need to take care of it myself. so i went back again talk to the sales manager and he told me this is not what they take care of and maybe i should go pay this half and half. but to me as customer, i trade in my car already, i no longer own the vehicle and this suppose take care by the dealer, why i have to suffer and still paying something i dont own?and hte sales manager says its okay you dont want to paid becuase they wont pay it either and my credit score will suffer and its not their business. with this type of attitute i dont even know why they still in bsuiness they dont care about customer they care about their sales only. this issue suppose be taking care by the dealer, but now as customer im suffering from buying/leasing car from them. The salesmen Rodger Vazquez (nicknamed Tank) and manager Laso Abbas will turn the screws on you for several hours, simply waiting for you to make a mistake, at which point they will pounce with new ways to increase the cost of the car. First off, the car was listed online via several car websites, all with different prices. Then when we got to the dealer, there was a completely different, and higher price listed on the vehicle window sticker. Once we negotiated a deal (several hours in the making), they only provided one key, even after assuring us several times there were two that came with the vehicle. Of course if you don’t buy the magic Zurich package, which seems to vary in price depending on how much they need to make on the car, then you’ll only get one key. We refused to pay for the Zurich package, which is said to be some sort of paint protection already pre-installed on all of their vehicles, regardless of if you want it or not. Only after haggling with them, they agreed to pay for half of a spare programmed key. Alondra Nava in finance was an absolute gem during the whole process. I feel bad for her because she genuinely seemed to want to do us right. The other employees and especially management could learn a lot from her. There were a few other helpful employees, but overall the management of this dealership makes it a toxic and unfun car buying experience. At one point, Mr. Abbas escalated to a completely uncalled for level of aggression, at which point another employee had to walk him back from his ledge and apologize for him. Nearly a year later we are still waiting on the complete spare key to come in. A recent call about the key resulted in the same discourteous and unprofessional attitude. No surprise, nothing has changed. I’m pretty resilient, but most people would have walked from the racist comments and generally inconsiderate attitude much of the staff used with us and around us. Knowing what I know now, I would not send my worst enemies here to purchase a lug nut, much less a vehicle. More

They hang up, don’t answer, or tell me the manger is in a meeting. I had to drive an hour and 36 minutes from my home to the dealership. And also once again to sign the cancellation and still hasn’t been refunded to the bank. More
I bought a vehicle from Nate but unfortunately I brought the same vehicle back a week after I bought it because it had mechanical issues it’s now been almost 2 weeks and everyone from service And sales keep the same vehicle back a week after I bought it because it had mechanical issues it’s now been almost 2 weeks and everyone from service And sales keeps giving me the runaround they keep passing the ball blaming one another and there’s no specific person to speak with even apparently a man named Laslow who’s supposedly the boss hides and doesn’t answer your call or his too busy or in a meeting or not there today all lies which in the same day. These guys are content with taking your money but once you let it go they forget about you and your problem, I’d been promise a loaner but forget about it not gonna happen. I wish I’d never bought a car form these guys as they’re all liars and there’s absolutely nobody responsible. Beware with Envision they’re all crooks . And by the way I’m still waiting on my car and for a real manager to answer my call. More
