Sometimes they don't pay attention to requests. Never addressed my issue and tried to uosale me to the tune of over $5000 for routine items. I will never go to this Ford Dealership or another for that matter again. This will be the last Ford I ever pur tune of over $5000 for routine items. I will never go to this Ford Dealership or another for that matter again.
