11 AM quick service oil change and tire rotation this morning, 3/18/26. Technician was great as I watched everything from the waiting room. Woman who checked me in showed me a dirty cabin filter, telling morning, 3/18/26. Technician was great as I watched everything from the waiting room. Woman who checked me in showed me a dirty cabin filter, telling me I needed to change mine, yet the tech never removed mine nor put “the dirty one” back in. He never had any of my truck doors open at anytime, other than to drive it in and out of the bay. I thought only quick oil change businesses practiced this scam! More
