My recent visit to Empire Volvo was my first at this dealership, brought about after learning that my long-time, go-to Service Technician Nino had recently transitioned to this dealership from another V dealership, brought about after learning that my long-time, go-to Service Technician Nino had recently transitioned to this dealership from another Volvo dealership. Over many years, Nino has cared for my Volvos with the utmost skill and honesty, and has ALWAYS been my first choice whenever any of my Volvos required service. For this reason, I select Volvo dealerships for both Sales and Service based solely on where Nino is currently employed. On this recent service visit to Empire, I was met by Service Advisor Nash, who enthusiastically welcomed my wife and I as new Empire customers. Nash was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable, with his significant experience as a service advisor most obvious. In all, my wife and I were favorably impressed with the welcome and service we received at this new and clean dealership and will continue to patronize it for as long as Nino is employed there. More

I had warranty coverage for an XC60 whose battery was dead and would not charge. They came, towed and repaired with a new battery and some module. They then delivered the car back to me.
