I wnet over to Metric and gave a sigh inside that expressed I''m safe and home now". It sounds pathetic, I know, but I trust the entire team are Good Guys and will not let me down. I was thinking of buying out my old lease from Metric and in 90 seconds Vinny Rizzo pointed out some things I had overlooked and I agreed and got a new lease. And "No Drama" like the commercials and no buyers remorse. Larry made the financial paperwork a breeze and in no time and no hassles we had a new car. No details overlooked, just easy. We love these guys. More

Quick and Easy purchase I chose to come to Metric to purchase my first Subaru because my brother purchased two Subarus from here and my husband has a working relationship wit I chose to come to Metric to purchase my first Subaru because my brother purchased two Subarus from here and my husband has a working relationship with Dave Brown. I pretty much knew that I wanted a 2016 Outback, it was just a matter of test driving it and making sure that I liked how it drove. I ended up picking the 3.6R over the 2.5i. I wanted something that wouldn't hesitate or lag when I stepped on the gas pedal. I worked with Vinny to order my vehicle. The process was very easy and quick. Since I work for Oracle (and my mother retired from Chase), I was able to take advantage of the VIP program, which made the process even easier, and I got the car at a great price overall. Picking up the car 2 weeks later, I would only suggest that when showing the buyer the controls in the car, that you allow the buyer to sit in the driver seat, and talk them through how to use everything. Being a software trainer myself, I firmly believe that a user learns best when they interact with the tool themselves. More

We found that Larry tended to "go off topic" a bit (and talk about other things) and was a tad patronizing; our sense is that he has his distinct style, and it does not vary depending on the customer/situation. We do suggest that the dealership consider trying to make the staff members' work areas more private (so that each customer's experience is less noisy and one customer is not privvy to what another is saying). I first went to the Subaru out in Hicksville, but i did not like the feel of the help there. I am located in Huntington so this was more convenient for me anyway. i met Chris, he was great! he helped me out with everything from color, putting on the plates and evening convincing me to switch to manual after driving a stick for the last 40 years! Vinny helped with paperwork at the end and a nice young man helped put in the mats. I love my new car! Thanks Subaru! More
