The absolute worst dealer I have ever dealt with. I purchased a truck Oct 10th. They were going to deliver. After everything was final with the loan. Oh we can't deliver yet. It was almost 2 weeks be I purchased a truck Oct 10th. They were going to deliver. After everything was final with the loan. Oh we can't deliver yet. It was almost 2 weeks before they deliver my truck with no heat. Guess they didn't need it on the 3 hour drive. They said they would pay. They made a appointment close to me. I was to drop the truck off for a few hours until they found what need to be done. This was on a Friday. They never paid the garage kept my truck for the weekend with my work keys and my heating pellets. I had to find rides all weekend had to have my boss let me in. Then I take it to a different dealer they make me pay. 2 weeks still no refund. More

The sales person I dealt with was kevin pereira. He quoted me at 7% interest rate for the Ford Mustang electric car that I wish to purchase rather than 0% interest rate that was actually available. Based on that wrong information.I decided to lease rather than buy the car. I found out about the correct interest rate after I had signed the contract. I also discovered that the decision costs me about ten thousand more to buy the car than it would have if I'd simply bought the car that night. When I asked him why he had quoted me the wrong rate , he replied , "i'm not the business manager." By the way, the business manager later proved to be as gracious and helpful as he could be under the circumstances when I decided to buy out the lease and end my business relationship with Empire Ford. More

Ray Howard was a wonderful sales representative. We traded our 2024 Volkswagen TAOS for a 2025 Ford Escape, 4162 miles with a listing price of $40,985.00. We love our new car. Ray also showed us the rear yard with all the new 2025 Fords and trade-ins. It was incredible. We originally was looking for 2025 Ford Escape, but he showed the used car that had was much more electric controls. We scheduled the car to go back on Monday, 27th for our rain guards, Owners Manual and Maintenance Schedule. We will also get an Inspection Sticker.
