I saw the Mustang they were advertising online, and I was very excited because at the time it was advertising for about 3500 (it is now advertising for 2000) and I figured it must be a decent buy. When I got very excited because at the time it was advertising for about 3500 (it is now advertising for 2000) and I figured it must be a decent buy. When I got to the lot, I was very disappointed. There was nowhere for the customers to park, and when we parked we had to block a doorway for a moment to back into place beside the building. Another employee was coming back from getting lunch (I saw his paper bag) and gave us a very dirty look and proceeded to open the door and walk inside without waiting only a minute for us to park, very nearly hitting my dad's car as he was parking. Another man walked up to us, and after witnessing the whole ordeal, neglected to even apologize. He asked what we were interested in, and I told him I wanted to see the Mustang. He said that he was not sure if it was there, and after a moment inside the office came outside and led us to the back end of the lot where a lot of the vehicles from the early 2000's seemed to reside. I had been wondering why the photo of the Mustang was such a bad quality online, and now I knew. There were simple, cheap-to-replace decals missing and chips in the paint. He lifted the hood for us and unlocked the car, and I was dismayed to find that the inside was dirty. I remarked that this must have been sitting here a long time to get this dirty and he said that it had been there for about 30 days! There were still diapers in the back from the mother who had owned the vehicle before! It had been 30 days and they had neglected to even clean out this car that they were trying to sell. Without even apologizing for the car's state, the man tried to start the car in which me and my father both stepped far back because the fan belt looked like it was going to snap just sitting there. The Mustang ran for about 30 seconds before that poor car died. It would have been nice if he had apologized for the car's condition or asked us to come back in a few days after realizing that no one had cleaned it up first, or if the dealership had perhaps spent a few hundred dollars to replace the fan belt and the little missing decals and actually cleaned the car out. However, he made no apologies and seemed to think that the car was in acceptable condition. I doubt they have cleaned it out now, even, to be honest. I was very keen on buying a Mustang as I love Mustangs to death, but this dealership thoroughly disappointed me,. More
I made the worst decision in buying an 'as-is' car from Empire Automotive Group. The car definitely had transmission issues but I really liked the engine. It was so clean and the oil dipstick had what looked to be clean oil. The Carfax report they showed me showed no inspection issues in the past. The car rode nice and the body is in good shape. Though I expected repairs would have to been done, I thought I would have a decent car after paying a few additional thousand dollars in repairs As part of the sales, I paid extra for EAG to have their mechanics examine the car, tell me what was wrong with it. They found ball-joint , brake issues and a transmission leak. Nothing about any engine issues. I was already disappointed but I accepted this since I paid for the car 'as-is' After putting in for the necessary repairs (the transmission leak turned out to be crack in the transmission housing and a rebuilt transmission), I started driving it only to find out --- Oil was leaking from the valve covers and fouling spark plugs. There are also oil-leaks in other parts of the oil-distribution system. My last drive to the local repair shop was on four of the six cylinders. If I knew about this before I started the repairs, I would have never started them. If I wasn't taken by the clean look of the engine, there would have been no deal to begin with. In my opinion EAG doesn't care at all about their customer and will do anything to sell their junk. More
Had a very fair experience, I worked with a guy by the name of Tim, very helpful throughout the process. It was important to me that Tim listen to what was important to me, instead of my prior experiences name of Tim, very helpful throughout the process. It was important to me that Tim listen to what was important to me, instead of my prior experiences when shopping for a used car. I am confident that Tim would help me with any problem if they should come up in the future. I bought a late model suv with 75k miles for quite a bit below book value and took the warranty 2 yr 24k miles for apprx half of the retail value. I was approved with only 500 cash down which was helpful because im on a limited income and budget. I read some negative reviews before visiting Empire, however I took a chance and to my surprise, it looked like alot of others did the same (the lot was full of people and the showroom was full of transactions happening), this made me feel better and overall the process from start to finish took just a little over 1 hr. In closing, I would definately recommend Empire and even more so, Tim, hes a gentlemen and tells it the way it is. Tim, I hope you get a chance to read my posting, you made my experience a pleasureable one and for that I am greatful. Best Regards Chuck. More

I owned the Trailblazer for two years and loved it. This hepled raise my credit score 100 points. I decided I wanted different vehicle better on gas and newer. I went to EAG again because I had a such an awesome experience the first time. So I bought a Mazda CX-9 and Love it. If you think you can't get approved try EAG you might be surprised. I was impressed how quick, easy, and happy I was both times. More
Bought a 2004 LandRover Freelander SE in October 2011 they told me that this suv needed a few problems resolved before it would be road worthy & be able to pass inspection. The dealership had my suv they told me that this suv needed a few problems resolved before it would be road worthy & be able to pass inspection. The dealership had my suv for over two weeks the salesman called me & told me it was ready to be picked up I came to the dealership noticed the check engine light was on & bars leak was also added to my coolant which is only used to block up a coolant leak, most likely a head gasket. I told them this needed to be resolved they told me to take the car for now & they will make an appointment to resolve those issues. the next day my suv wouldn't start I brought it to the repair shop in my area & they found serveral issues that most were with the electrical system & I was told this would not pass inspection. Empire towed it to a shop of their choice & about a week later I got it back again & the check engine light was on again & it was then towed to Land Rover & this is where I found out my engine was bad that the engine needs to be replaced. Over $8000.00 later I am so sorry I ever went to their dealership & bought a car from them. They lie about repairs they do to your car & try to cover up problems by resetting the ECM computer to turn off check engine lights. Please stay away from these people & their dealership take your business elsewhere. there are good dealerships around just need to look up their records online to make sure you find the correct ones. My wife and I had a great experience at EAG. Salem was helpful and understanding of our financial challenges. In the end I got the vehicle I wanted at a fair price with good support after the sale. I felt the sales atmosphere was professional and pleasant. There aren't many dealerships where you can send a text message to your salesperson for help after all is said and done. Thank You! More

The dealership itself had a very good selection. They appeared to have a variety of vehicles at all different price ranges, and all of them seemed to be in good shape. The place was friendly, fair, clean appeared to have a variety of vehicles at all different price ranges, and all of them seemed to be in good shape. The place was friendly, fair, clean and respectable. My husband and I dealt with Salem Noueiri. He was great! It was the first car salesman that I ever felt was on our side instead of just trying to sell what he can for as much as possible. He had an excellent customer sense, and seemed to know that we were honest folks whom couldn't afford to be taken advantage of. He was just great. We ended up with a wonderful vehicle at a very good price. Whenever we are in the market for another vehicle, we will return there, and we will specifically ask to deal with that very nice young man Salem. More
Yes I would recommend shopping this dealership. My experience with EAG was a pleasant and positive one. I have read the negative reviews on this site and believe the buyer has responsibilities in the experience with EAG was a pleasant and positive one. I have read the negative reviews on this site and believe the buyer has responsibilities in the process as well. My sales associate was friendly, helpful and not pushy. My interaction with the groups manager was also a positive one. Did I encounter the same pricing questions as some of the reviewers did, yes, did EAG professionally explain their pricing methods, yes. Did EAG continue to negotiate in good faith, yes. In the end I feel I purchased an above average quality used vehicle from EAG for a very good price. They certainly could have held onto this vehicle longer, to get their asking price, but did not and closed the deal with me. Thank you Salem and EJ More
