Contacted the dealership in order for my daughter to test drive a new vehicle with interior she has not been able to view at other dealerships. We decided to buy, super easy to deal with Tom in sales, low pressure and had us out on the road to test drive right away. Application, approval and closing was quick and Finance Manager was personable. Low pressure sale, straight forward pricing and negotiation. Happy with experience and my daughter loves her new car! Cannot say enough good things about the experience of buying a car with Emich Kia. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Sales manager, finance manager, and salesman very helpful and accommodating. The software Kia is using to complete purchase is terrible.
