I contacted the dealer from a cargurus.com ad. I had a good experience working with the sales-person who helped me work our the terms and loan before I got there. The finance portion was good as well, John took me through the paperwork and it was a comfortable process. The pressure to purchase the upgrades was minimal. Overall, the whole time at the dealership was under 3 hours including test drive and inspection. Thanks Anthony, Mike and John!
