The only downside was the wait to get into the finance office, but it honestly seemed like an unusual situation. It sounded like they had a slow day, sent some staff home, and then suddenly sold five cars all at once. I don’t think that’s typical, and under normal circumstances I imagine the process would have been much quicker. Once I got into finance, the gentleman handling my paperwork was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Overall, it was a really great experience, and I’d definitely recommend Natalie to anyone looking for a smooth car-buying experience. More
