My car unexpectedly would not start and had it towed to the dealership for service. They took several days to even get the vehicle into the shop and even run a diagnostic. They were unwilling to give a loa the dealership for service. They took several days to even get the vehicle into the shop and even run a diagnostic. They were unwilling to give a loaner car despite being under warranty after buying the car a month prior. Once I finally decided to have the car towed to another dealership, they refused to give the car to the tow company and had the car running 30 minutes later. More
