Took my 2013 Corvette in for 4 new tires. Also a new battery and power steering and brake system flush. Once complete when I arrived home Service called me to explain they undercharged me. The next day at least 2 tire waits fell off. So I had to return two days later for a redo. I explained to the service manager that I bring my car to the dealer for quality and now my confidence is eroded. They didn’t even offer me a future oil change to attempt to retain my loyalty. Additionally I received a Survey request from GM. They sent me an email asking me to call the number in the email. That number was the dealership main number and the woman that answered had no idea why I was calling nor seemed to care. Why bother with these surveys? More

Elkins dealership is also great at sending Extremely important BLANK Purchase documents via E-mail....... experience, and that was Taking my money. Elkins dealership is also great at sending Extremely important BLANK Purchase documents via E-mail.......BLANK!!! Their salespeople also REFUSE to provide paper copies of Carfax and Car-Bravo documents when requested by potential buyers, then, said salesperson NEVER sent the Promised e-mail of the copies of Carfax and Car-Bravo documents. They were AWFULLY Excited and Quick to take my money though. And let's not forget, my wife and I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and 20 minutes to get 4 tires changed....Wow. More
