I purchased 'the works' oil change package. I also had a coupon for this package for $89.99. Additional charges for diesel. Communication was poor. Appt at 9.. not checked in for 20 minutes after arrival. Sounded like employee possibly not on property to check me in. Had to reach out and was given wrong info initially. No greeting or acknowledgement upon return only person in lobby. Yes, person was on computer, but some kind of acknowledgement they noticed you there as couldn’t see their face. Also, the company needs bilingual front counter/ check in staff. Had to assist and receptionist didn’t try to find someone obvious language barrier. Since I started using this dealer in 2015 service has gone down on my opinion and interactions. More
