Worst dealership in the world. I contacted Vince under 14 days and 1000 miles. Which is ford blue promise on trade ins. He ensured me my 2018 will be removed and I will owe 0 dollars on the vehicle. After the 2022 messed up on me the Service Advisor Jae Lee tried to blame me for messing with the vehicle. Even going as far to say I installed an AUX button on the vehicle. I literally had to go to the dealership and find another ford explorer in the lot and show him it comes standard. After this the vehicle messed up again. I called the manager who had Vince from sales call me back for a new 2022 ford explorer replacement. Instead of replacing the vehicle he wanted to shotgun my credit again and charge me 2000 down on the new vehicle. While talking about the vehicle he told me I had $2000 negative equity. He could not explain to me where it came from and kept saying it was from the previous trade. When asked I thought the vehicle was paid off how is there negative equity he could not give me a straight answer. After all this we left and continued with ford buyback. Thinking I would receive my $15000 back on payments I was told i would only receive $3200 as a courtesy. When asked why I was informed I actually had $9000 in negative equity because ford elk grove only gave me $30000 for my 2018 not $40000 as promised. Not only that I was charged $6000 for usage. This dealership is a huge rip off, scam, and straight thief's. They even ran my credit several times after purchasing both vehicles. This is one of the worst dealerships in the world I highly recommend not buying a vehicle from them at all do not do it. More

My Ford needed a transmission high cost. They bought it from me and sold me a used chevy. Has had nothing but issues since day one that they won't fix in their dime. Update to my last review. Elk Grove Ford to me the repair was a $3100 timing chain replacement from just the experienced shop foreman hearing it. My wife and I went looking to test drive an Expedition Max which we did not intend to buy, it did not meet our wants for our next vehicle. While talking and telling him we did not intend to buy this particular Expedition, he and general sales manager Rachel Wood offered to help us find a vehicle we would be interested in. By the end of the day, they found a vehicle and had it delivered to Elk Grove Ford by the next day. We returned a day later and test drove and purchased the vehicle. Erik, Rachel and the finance manager, Tony, were all kind, straight forward, and helpful. The sales and finance staff is a professional group of people my family had the pleasure to work with. More

I would like to say i bought my car here last year that was a very fast experience and they low balled me on my trade in. Secondly Kyle the service manger is one nasty human being! My extended warranty is set up to go through them first when i have a JEEP! you would think you would go to jeep not ford to get your car fixed. He said well you can’t fix it and there’s nothing you can do and just nasty. i will never recommend this place i hope someone talks to him and gives him a lesson on customer service! I paid 40k for my car so i feel as i should get some better service! also i have had not so pleasant interaction with finance as well too long to keep going on and on’ DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE! More
