I can testify my experience working with this dealer had been smooth at first due to the highest demand of the 2021 price gouging was also something I fell victim too this specific ford had one of the mark been smooth at first due to the highest demand of the 2021 price gouging was also something I fell victim too this specific ford had one of the mark ups I didn’t truly understand until now 2024 when I try to get my business corrected this dealer still tries to set me up once again with a worst deal getting to my point as a customer I was not taken care of as a business they don’t conduct honest business please reach out to other dealers if your in the market for a ford. I have had my truck serviced at your dealership a number of times. Generally, they do a pretty good job. My last service was an oil change. Following the service, I arrived home, I noticed a burning smell. of times. Generally, they do a pretty good job. My last service was an oil change. Following the service, I arrived home, I noticed a burning smell. I opened the hood and I found that the oil filler cap had been left off. I called the express folks at the dealership and told them. I brought the truck back and asked if they could check the oil level and clean the oil that was burning on my engine off. I was given quick service. Unfortunately, my truck still stinks When I drive it from the burning oil…after several weeks, Not the biggest thing in the world, but I was a bit disappointed. More
