Elk Grove Ford Service agen Mike i think Mc Night ,phenomenal person. He went above& beyond service. I have a hybrid C-max no more warranty on the gas side, but in the hybrid side I had full warranty ,phenomenal person. He went above& beyond service. I have a hybrid C-max no more warranty on the gas side, but in the hybrid side I had full warranty Mike saved me $3,150 dollars and I never knew I had hybrid warranty m no one ever took time to look it up. I told him I couldnt pay that amount, had to wait less than 10 min he called back gave the great new! Thank You Mike, you deserve a raise for FANTASTIC customer service! His Sr. Manager was also great. Everyone there is awesome especially the older lady who keeps everything moving smoothly in the front inside and outside she carries her clipboard she even gave me a ride home when the shuttle was out she is EXCEPTIONAL woman! More
