I made an appointment detailing what recall I needed to be performed and to have the coolant level checked. I dropped off the truck at the appointment time and was told later in the day that the coolant w be performed and to have the coolant level checked. I will have to bring the truck back when the part was delivered. I got a call the following day that the part was delivered and I could have a mobile tech come and install it at my house. Jas showed up on time and explained what he was going to do. He was done quickly, answered any questions I had and the truck has been fine since. I was annoyed that the part wasn't in stock and the truck didn't get the recall performed when I did make an appointment for it. But I was more than satisfied at having the option for a mobile tech to come to me and perform the recall once the part was delivered. More
Purchased vehicle and had issue with engine. Brought in for service and immediately felt like service advisor was setting me up to ensure vehicle concern would not covered by warranty.
