Although I was told I could drop the car off the night before my 7 o’clock appointment there was no one to advise me where I should go and when I did ask someone they directed me to the wrong spot. The next morning the service agent did call me just before 8 o’clock asking me again what the problem was that I was coming in for. He texted me the number where I could reach him which I did about 2:30 in the afternoon. They still had not looked at my car level on diagnosed what the problem was. He was advised that I needed to take the car home and could not leave it overnight , so they did finally get it in. The diagnosis was a bad key fob which was causing the locks to go on and off in the horn to beep on its own. It does make me question why the windows went down on their own. They further diagnosed the fact that the back up image was upside down as a bad camera . This question as well but it could be. I took the battery out of the key fob and have not had a problem since so maybe they were right More

No tire rotation was done for The Works I paid for. Per service representative I needed to replace 2 front tires.
