I was disappointed that I had to book service using A. I , I prefer to speak to a human. Also it took 5 1/2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. When i called to ask when my truck would be returned to I , I prefer to speak to a human. Also it took 5 1/2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. When i called to ask when my truck would be returned to me , I was told 1:00pm and it showed up at 2:00. Please say what you mean and mean what you say. I had other appointments that I had to cancel because you guys were an hour late. VERY DISAPPOINTED. More
