Our 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid has spent a good deal of it’s young life at the Service Center. The first year we had continuous air conditioning problems but they eventually corrected it after several visits. I young life at the Service Center. I was not happy that a free rental car was not made available given the length of time they had our car. It is now on its third recall and we are still waiting for one to get fixed. I just took it in for the Quick Lane oil change and that was done quickly and efficiently. More

Hi this is Edris Amiri. i did serviced with Elk Grove ford for 3 or 4 days was in service but after that today I woke up to turn on my car it didn't turn on even though I ask i did serviced with Elk Grove ford for 3 or 4 days was in service but after that today I woke up to turn on my car it didn't turn on even though I asked Mickle everything is good? And it will turn on normally. I'm going to call tomorrow. And about oil change I didn't get stickers when I have to change back oil or are they did oil change? Now I have to pay again for tow truck to get it service. Thank you! More
