I had made an appointment for an oil change. Apparently there was a lot of people whom called in and the technicians were not able to handle the amount of people that showed up for oil changes. It was a complete waste of my time/energy! More

The fleet services office was able to get us in right away when we had an urgent repair needed. I genuinely appreciated the kindness and urgency shown. Sarcastic service representative. Feel like lifetime oil change customers are not welcome here. Rep told me my car was going to take really long, possibly more than 2 hours because Feel like lifetime oil change customers are not welcome here. Rep told me my car was going to take really long, possibly more than 2 hours because they had to order my part. Oil filter? That has never been an issue and I had an appointment. Also have been there twice and turned away because of my mileage not being enough to qualify for next oil change and another time for being 2 days too early for the oil change. I live 45 minutes away and took time off work to do this. I would highly recommend that when a lifetime oil change customer makes an appointment that your staff kindly take one minute to check their vin to make sure they are qualified for it. It is the courteous thing to do and will say a lot about the integrity of your dealership. More
