Service Advisor Andrew Diaz was great. He was attentive, professional and listened to my additional concerns, to the extent of taking me out to my car so that I could actually show him wha He was attentive, professional and listened to my additional concerns, to the extent of taking me out to my car so that I could actually show him what I was talking about. He assured me that I would be hearing back from him within a certain time and he was good on his word. I felt confident that my car was in good hands. He epitomizes what an advisor should be, not only advising what can be done but providing assurance that it will be taken care of with customer approval/satisfaction.
