Every time I have come for mileage based services (not just an oil change) I have received subpar service. The service manager took care of the issues so I decided to go ahead and give it another try. The check engine light came on, I made a 7:45 am appointment and stated I would need to know by 3 pm if I would not be getting the car back. At 3:30 pm I reached out to find out the technician was just getting started. What is the point of an early appointment if the car sits all day? I can the specific error code but the technician could not find the issue, noting that the spark plugs were well worn. But by now it's too late to complete a change. Make an appointment for Monday for 100k service. When I get the car back, the exterior thermometer read -40°F. Thinking it could just be an issue like when getting a car wash, I drove around town a bit. Problem did not resolve, came back. Instead of being someone to fix the issue, I was told i could make an appointment for the next day. Once again, when I described the issue what was said was not conveyed...I specifically stated there was an issue with the thermometer... the appointment was written up as "CUSOTMER WAS JUST HERE AND IS NOT TOO HAPPY" You bet I wasn't too happy. Fortunately the thermometer finally fixed itself, meaning I do not have to deal with the service department again. More
