Dealer left me stranded after not getting back with me after dropping my Vehicle off in the morning. Day 1: I dropped off the Vehicle before opening due to work. The Dealer reached out, and I get an advisor called Shane. I stated the issue to Shane and also added if the Dealership needed to keep it for longer than a day. To call me back before days end so I could book a rental car or get a loner car the length of the repair time. Instead.. No response and tried calling multiple times to get an answer. All I needed was to know how long to either book a rental car or possibly get a loaner. A day? A week? I am now stuck with all the rental places closed for the day. Day 2: I get ahold of Shane in the morning to stop work on the vehicle and to get it back ASAP. Since I was quite irritated in finding a way from work to home and home to work. After work, getting there to ask for the keys from the nearest advisor. Advisor asks who was “taking care of me” I stated “Shane” and off the advisor goes to get him. 5-10 minutes later the Advisor comes back and has someone else pull the Vehicle around. No Shane, no question for me to ask, no apologies for the inconvenience. Day 3: Definitely surprised at the audacity of the dealership, Shane of all people, calling me to see when I would bring the Vehicle in. No thank you Shane, you cost me time and money with last second arrangements. Why on earth would I bring my Vehicle in? More
